I went to the Butler store today around 3:45pm and the doors were locked. The sign said they were open but you could not get in. Then I went through the drive thru. I placed the order and it was repeated back correctly. I ordered 4 fries, coleslaw, and green beans as sides. When I got home, which is 30 minutes away, and I had 3, fries and 3 macaroni and cheese. Very disappointed as this was the place my son chose to have his birthday dinner. Make sure to check the bags thoroughly before leaving the wondow!

I ordered online, got home and I was missing my large coleslaw,all of my sauces that I PAID EXTRA for, and I try to call them to get a refund and no answer to my calls going on 2 days now. Chicken was dry as heck
I really enjoyed their sticky sauce! It's their sweet and sour sauce.

Second and last time I’m going there. Gave it another try but sorry I did.I think they never have enough workers. Chicken was very old and dry tasting, half of the coating sitting in bucket. They did not have enough green beans for a large order on a Monday at 4:30. Wanted a 10 piece dark bucket, was told could only do it onTuesday for special. Was willing to pay difference.

They didn’t want to pick up the phone. They put it to where it just rings busy. I called over 10 times that’s ridiculous. Food was over cooked and dry or it sat there too long.!! I need my refund back!

5:40 pm Went to drive through ordered there not the app. Didn't listen to me food was wrong. Problem with payment. 10:30 pm I was charged a second time for my order. Going to try again to call. Then I'm calling the state fraud board to report fraudulent charges.
