My coworkers and i run the low cost spay and neuter clincs at the Mahood fire station. (Asside from seeing everyones fur babies) the highlight of the day is when the entire team stops here for ice cream on the way home. The flavors are delicious and selection is amazing and the staff is always super kind (not to mention patient being that there is at least 6 of us ordering and deciding what we want lol) 100% recommendation from myself and my coworkers!!!!!

the lady who took our order was extremely rude to us. i got a tornado with cheesecake and cookie dough candies. i asked if i could add malt as well and the blonde lady was so annoyed and scoffing at us. “well usually people only get one candy”. okay?? on the menu it says you can add additional candies for a price. there was barely any candy in my tornado and i feel like they did that to spite me. i get the same exact order at kings cone and never had a problem. will not be coming back.
i can tell their employees get their customer service skills from the owner by how the owner replies to their reviews. only extremely defensive and non apologetic which comes off incredibly unprofessional. they obviously don’t care about your experience. look elsewhere.

Homemade, creamy, delicious.My favorites vary year to year, but solid 5* flavors that I always come back to are Rocky Mountain Raspberry, Oregon Blackberry Cheesecake, and Heavenly Hash.Good ice coffees too. Coolatte is a special treat.Towards the end of the season, the cookie sundaes and apple dumplings with vanilla are amazing.Support this great small business!
