I ALWAYS have problems when I come to this McDonalds. I always do mobile orders and always tell them at the first window I don’t need a receipt. Today they were extremely rude about me saying I don’t need my receipt. Their manager or whoever that was needs to watch how she’s talking to people. Made me very upset.

Don’t get a fountain drink here. It will taste like they’ve mixed multiple sodas. Not sure why this never gets fixed. I specifically don’t go to rhis McDonalds for that reason.

Let me start by telling you I go here multiple times per month (like over 10) I know that's not a ton compared to others regular stops, however for me that's enough to get to know a person's face/order. They often get my latte wrong. I order a plain iced latte (no sugar or sweeteners or flavors). This location is one of the better buildings in the aspect of atmosphere, astatic, and cleanliness. Even the staff are happier (especially male staff for some reason) friendlier, and the fastest drive thru flow. The managers always make it right with curiosity, whether with taking my info for the credit to pick up later or mail a credit voucher to use another time.
It's McDonald's so it's what you expect from them for food. However the one thing that would make them stand out is fast service and this place doesn't have it. Even when using the app I'm routinely told to wait and spot one two or whatever is open. Orders are mostly correct but I've got picky eaters in my family and one little miss out means that the money we spent was wasted. Expectations are not high when we eat here!

We went through the drive through where we weren't even greeted or thanked or anything for taking our order when we went to go pay. They are so employ, didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. And to top it off are order was a mess . Very disappointed.and they give me someone else receipt
