A friend and I went to Meltz January 31st arount 5pm and to my surprise was greeted by a very pleasant and well groomed young woman. ( A tremendous improvement over the last one that wouldn't even wait on us).We enjoyed a good meal and felt better about returning. Thanks!
Parking: Mall was pretty empty so parking was plentiful.

I drove 30 minutes to get meltz and when I got there, the guy working said “I can’t take any orders right now I’m working on a big DoorDash order” so needless to say I wasted my gas to get told he can’t multitask.

Says they open to 7pm. Went to get dinner and a rude guy with a beard says they are close at 6. He had a 10 minute sign up at 5:50pm then claimed he has 1 order he is closed.Redeemed with a free drink thanks man!! Lot better attitude.

Dale and Terri have restored my faith in this place. Dale is a mastermind on the grill and Terri is the sweetest. I love them.

Lady harassed a friend of mine who was just walking by they got exposed by a former employee for touching raw chicken and then making lemonade without washing hands and got multiple people sick around me. Never eating there again I’ve never had a good customer experience there either

absolutely terrible staff. a woman that works here harassed me today because of my outfit, i was just walking passed. not to mention they are very dirty and there is salmonella in the lemonade. this is absolutely despicable, this woman needs to be fired. i have heard many other things about this staff and none of its good.
Food was terrible. I had the chicken Philly and watch them make it. Chicken was frozen and bun was hot. Get rid of this place

Stood bye the regerster 4. 5min. An no one helped or asked 4 my order this was between 1:45-200. Wanted to try there food but no chance when there was no customer service.. Seen them seating right behind the door
