Itās a shame the food is really good however, I have tried this place multiple times each time the service has been awful. Time one I placed a delivery gave them the proper address. The pizza was delivered to a neighbor called back. They stated that they would deliver it again and never came, I called the next day finally got delivered. Next Time I went to the location unfortunately they only had one guy trying to do everything and pizza took over an hour while eating in. Attempt three called hung up on. Today called informed that thereās no delivery as I said OK Iāll do pick up and she hung up.

Love the food and service here. I just ordered the Italian spinach for the first time...it's so good! My usual order is the veggie pizza š š and it's amazing too. Service is always really good too.

Horrible customer service screwed order up and gave an outrageous wait time and then blamed me for not being there quick enough then didn't even tell me they were out if what I ordered and placed the order with just half of the order and didn't tell me until I picked it up. Food was burnt fries were old. Never again. I even applied at this place and they didn't even have the courtesy to call back and say they weren't interested after checking on app twice. Pretty sure the whole staff is on drugs.

The worst hot gondola sandwich Iāve ever eaten. There was 1 piece of meat, and it was so bad/mushed together I couldnāt tell if there was tomato on the sandwich or not! Never again. Eat here at your risk!

Delivered my pizzaā¦but I never got the deliveryā¦but they say I did. I think I would know if Iām eating pizza tonight or not. Do not order from, there are plenty of other Pizza places in Butlerā¦and youāll actually get your pizza.

I ordered 2 hoagie and 2 appetizers everything was cold and was 45 minutes late. The fried pickles had ranch all over them. The ranch is supposed to be separate. Called the store and the person that answered the phone said what do you want me to do about it? Did you tip the driver? Terrible customer service.
Good pizza. Local shop. Slices were huge and only cost $6 with a soda.
