I will never patronize this establishment again after my friend was verbally harassed by the new owners, over a review about the new sauce. My friend was verbally attacked and belittled, and that is NOT how a professional should run a business! accept criticism and be respectful! disgusting behavior and don't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

I love this lil shop! My family has gone here since I was young. It is now under new ownership since those year but it still has not disappointed. The owners are in the shop and hands on, which as a business owner myself I completely respect đ! There is always a smile on the face when you walk through the door even working in all that heat and with the nastiness that is dealt with some days working with the public. They go above and beyond to make it correct the first time! But I can say if there is a problem as I have witnessed a phone call w a mix up they are also about making it correct. So I suggest to take the issue to them directly to get it taken care of by calling or taking it in when it happens. In the world we live in it is very tempting to take it to social media but this does not cure the issue it only effects the family and business in general that it is talking about. In most cases all the information needed for either side to comment proficiently is not known. So please remember this next time you think this might be the best decision. I cant wait for me to order the next big Bertha. They are great btw for get togethers, picnics and reunions. No hassle no mess one stop done!!

The owner harasses staples in our community over sauce criticism?? Kayla is one of the few bright spots in butler sheâs always polite and courteous and never fails to ask if youâre doing alright. Those DMâs sent to her by the owner Shyann Bortz are nothing short of pathetic. Our family will no longer be ordering from you guys, Villa grande clears anyways
Ordered and paid the price for a grand daddy pizza which is supposed to come with pepperoni and sausage through doordash and received a plain cheese pizza. Called and told an employee which then began to argue and laugh at us, saying that we didn't choose our toppings so they didn't put any. However, there is a whole nother pizza on the menu with a different price that is a plain cheese pizza. If I wanted a plain, I would have just ordered that. Completely unprofessional, lacking in common sense and the pizza sucked. Rude, do not recommend. Oh, and the owner also laughed and argued with us. What a dump of a pizza joint.

Ordered from this place since the original owner opened the shop. Ordered a grandad yesterday and it was underwhelming. There wasn't any sauce at all hardly and the flavor was non existent. I feel that someone just slapped it together and sent it out the door. Unfortunately believe that the was the last of the business they will receive

I hate to say it because I really want to support local business but the pizza was mid at best. We got the meatosaurus and a New Yorker cheese pizza and it was not very good, it was also pretty pricey. The staff was friendly during our interaction and my food was ready when I arrived

I ordered The New Yorker, 12 cut and three chocolate chip cookies via Uber Eats. I wish I could review the cookies, but they were out. Being the amazing restaurant that this is, (and they couldnât contact me directly) they substituted the cookies for brownies. The PIZZA. When I tell you it was the best pizza I have ever had, I MEAN THAT WITH MY SOUL. I actually feel bad for my son who is 2. He will be chasing this perfect pizza for the rest of his life. The brownies. WOW. These would put your grandma to shame! They were amazing! Thank you for a great meal!
