Drove 2hours one way from NE Ohio to come here. My wife and I absolutely LOVE Ponderosa. Since they closed the closest location to us 4yrs ago, this is now the closest location. On a busy Saturday we were able to get seated quite quickly. We got the buffet, an order of wings, and a burger with fries to take back home. If you need a quick bite or want huge amounts of acceptable American food, it's great. When we were there it was really crowded (to the point of being somewhat hard to get to the buffet) and the table next to us had a bunch of kids playing fart and airhorn noises on their phones very loudly.
