I have only been to starbucks once in my life. I will never go there again. Their prices are higher than Dunkin'. Donuts and the food and drinks are worse.
Not to mention, they are probably the most ridiculously priced franchise.In the country.

I try not to get Starbucks too often, but when I do I’m usually greeted by friendly and kind baristas. Not at this location.
I went through the drive through today, and my partner and I ordered two drinks. The man taking our orders was barely listening to us, we had to repeat our orders several times, and he was very irate at a question I had about a new drink on their menu.
When we pulled up to the window, we were given the wrong size drinks, and the girl with dark hair and glasses ( who I saw mentioned in another 1 star review! ) was very rude when my partner tried to tell her we ordered a larger size.
If you really want Starbucks, go to a different location.
If you just want a drink for a nice treat, go to Dunkin or somewhere else.

First time coming to this Starbucks ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and it literally tasted like white milk no crunchies, no whipped cream, very little caramel, so disappointed considering you pay 7$ for a drink

Ten minutes to never get a coffee I paid for. Folks just standing around after taking my order. Don't take mah order or mah money if you arent going to make eventually make the order. Super frustrating, and I'm usually not like this with reviews, but this is a new level for me.

i was with my aunt and i used my apple pay in the drive through however my aunt didn’t know how to use it due to never using it before and the brunette girl with glasses in the window got all mad and slammed the scanner thing on the counter. Such rude workers it definitely isn’t the first time either.

Pay alot for a drink and when you don't get what you ask and pay for not right I get Carmel Frappuccino and I put line cup and add extra carmel and you don't get either and you ask for it to be remade and the girl tells you that you would have to pay for another one like what I just paid for the one that this right.

Definitely need a second location in butler. This location is always so busy. The employees work so hard . But you still wait a long time

The only location that consistently messes up orders and uses different “recipes” for every drink

Ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew with a SPLASH of half and half. What I got was a vente pumpkin spice glass of milk. Barely any coffee. If I wanted a glass of milk, I could pour one at home. Done with this location for awhile, as this is how my drink gets made almost half the time.

My review is critical, but I will say they were doing a great job pushing out orders! Their system for making in-store orders baffled me though. I watched them make at least 20 drinks for tags that came in after I ordered at the register before they made mine. They don’t have someone assigned to in-store orders, or a way to prioritize customers that come in. They only extend that to drive through customers. The person that handles mobile orders also makes the in-store orders. I would not want to give physical customers that kind of experience. Poor management choice in my opinion. Note to self, if you’re in a rush do drive through!

Just a warning to anyone who sees this that Starbucks charges to add cream to your coffee now. It’s $1.25 for a grande if it’s ordered with “a splash of cream.”
That’s not specific to this Starbucks, I know because I contacted customer service about it. Their response is attached.
Luckily there’s another three places to get coffee all in a row (and at least one more just two plazas up the road) and none of the others charge you for adding cream to a cup of coffee.

So disappointed with your customer service right now . I come here multiple times a week and the service has gotten worse and worse . I went to order my holiday drink & it was sold out , so got another latte and a holiday cookie . I asked for my free red cup & the girl was like no you didn’t order a holiday drink , I said you were sold out & she said no & walked away with a big stack of cups right in front of her . So sad how good customers are treated . Time to go back to making my own.

I've made the mistake of trying to order online for pickup a few times now and never had my drink within 30 min of ordering it.
A couple times now they've put out one of my drinks and then had 20 min pass before the other drinks come out? They have also forgotten(?) to put out my food before, so I had to wait in line to ask for my food.
Next time I order for pickup, I'll go through the drivethrough so I can have a drink while I wait.
