Apparently they open whenever feel like it. Open 11-7 Sunday well it’s 11:38 and they don’t feel like opening yet.

We visited this location on Friday evening for dinner. We ordered online, but planned to eat in the restaurant. When we arrived, our sandwiches were ready. We picked out some chips and waited for the person in line to finish their purchase. The employee, Linda, kept staring at us as we waited with an extremely rude look on her face. When we approached the register to pay for our chips and request cups for water, Linda very rudely asked what we wanted and very loudly told us that we had to buy a cup if we wanted water. Her demeanor and tone of voice were definitely not acceptable for someone in the customer service industry. Linda continued to glare rudely at us the entire time we ate our meal. She managed to be friendly and courteous to every other customer that entered the restaurant. She also managed to kindly tell them all thank you and have a nice evening when they left. She could not manage either if these courtesies for us. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and we were very offended by the experience.

Mr Cory bought subways down in Florida and dosnt like to hear the truth he is very nasty and a lies like a rug my mother quit his poor managed team and I wrote a bad review on the subway surveys pretending to be a customer to see what kinda of management they run and no questions asked said they fired the employee (she quit) and put her name and information to a (random customer I seen how long it took before they could figure out it was not a customer about 2 weeks and I didnt make it hard you even looked up my Facebook admiring my beautiful car im sure your still making payments) good luck removing my reviews I am a guide for google and they will not remove mine but hey I reported your im more senior on google your nothing but a subway owner and please have clean restaurants CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL THEY HAVE MOLD GROWING ON THE BREAD AND SERVE TO CUSTOMERS and have employees smoking marijuana on premises and encouraging it saying do it away from the building and then those employees handle food very nasty none of the vegetables are properly washed, the meatballs are supposed to be thrown away every 4 hours Mr Cory likes to save money and keep them for days until they look nasty he just has his managers change the dates no care for customers at all someone will get sick eating at your subway restaurants do your self a favor and don’t eat at the subway owned by Cory esprit don’t go to any subway in highlands county Florida very nasty restaurants

The women that work here are absolutely phenomenal! They are always so good to me and so friendly and sweet. I genuinely look forward to seeing them every time I work. They deserve a raise and paid vacation. They work so hard.

I will never go to this subway again. they don't know how to read orders and make make sandwiches correctly. when we called and complained about it they became nasty rude ignorant. they were not willing to correct the problem. the manager acted like a 2 year old when we tried to get the problem solved. I will take my business to firehouse subs or jersy Mike's.

The 2 staff members were outside. 1 was smoking and the other was changing the trash. The one changing the trash cans came in, washed her hands, then proceeded to pay with her hair, then put gloves on to make sandwiches. The other lady who was smoking the cigarette came inside the store, didn't wash her hands, put on gloves, and then she proceeded to make sandwiches. There was another employee in the back of the store that wasn't attentive. Spend the bigger buck and go to jersey Mike's!

Will NEVER go to this location again!!! They serve hard stale bread when you don't get a toasted sandwich and expect you not to notice. Then to avoid the complaints they don't answer their phone!

Online orders are to be treated as the next person in line when they come in. Yet this subway made us wait an hour past when our food was supposed to be ready because the kept taking in store orders. And our food was prepaid so we couldn't leave. And even worse she said the food was ready on the app so she wouldn't get in trouble but it wasn't even started.

Parking: The parking goes all the way to Giant Eagle so there are plenty of spots including handicapped

Last time I stop the doors were locked and no one was there during working hours. Tried it again last evening and they were out of a lot of stuff and the place was filthy. The lady I had him he was also complaining, they didn’t have any tomatoes for her sandwich and she commented it to him that maybe the truck didn’t arrive with tomatoes and he said oh no we have a lot in the back I just haven’t had time to cut any up, we have been so busy, and there isn’t anyone in there
