Rudest employees I have ever came across. WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. order two subs online, that said they were ready to pick up. Staff was incredibly rude when I showed up and told me "not their fault that the order never came through and I would need to call corporate to figure it out.... Made me wait to speak to their manager who was on a dunkin'. Donut run. Girl at the front desk called corporate and handed me her phone and it said "momma". Who was also extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never return and be sure to spread the word.
Unclean, the Online Ordering never works and even if you have the confirmation on hand, they refuse to prepare your order when they are clearly at fault. In addition, the employees have an attitude problem

Make sure your server rings up your order correctly..... If there is a mistake, you will have to wait weeks to be reimbursed... They will tell you they need to review camera footage and everything shy of calling the FBI...

Walked in at 6:40 to order two subs for takeout. Employee quickly told me, two steps in the door, that they were closing in 30 minutes and she just wanted to let me know. Posted hours on the door and the website say 9, didn’t have to be that rude about it, felt like she just didn’t want us to be there. So we left before ordering.

This is the second time now we've ordered online, paid for double meat, tipped, and still didn't get it. In fact, there was so little toppings it was basically all bread. It was a 100$ order. Won't be back to this location or any others owned by this person.

Ordered 5 plain subs , 2 hours prior to pick up time , arrived 1/2 hour past pick up time. Girl says I haven’t even cut the bread. Asked for a refund she said later when I have time , called several hours later same Story no time to Refund me …. Had to get aholdOf them thru corporate to actually get myMoney back

I feel bad there is always only one person working here and i can see how much they have to hustle to get through the busy lunch rush on top of mobile orders and catering. They do a good job and are always nice despite what looks like a sometimes stressful job. Also the store looks nice and clean.

Clean, friendly staff, even decorated for the holidays. You can tell this Subway is taken care of, and the staff care about doing a good job. Will return.
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options but they do exist and it does seem like more than one.
Parking: It has its own parking lot, off the street, and right in front of the entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Of course it's kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. I've relied on wheelchairs before, so I naturally just look at new places through that same lens, and from what I saw, this subway would be perfectly fine for someone in a wheelchair.

I was there a little bit after 5:00 on Thursday October/19/2023 the woman that was working there was excellent and did a great job and I hope they keep her because she made mine,my daughter ? and wife's hogies ?? the way we asked and wanted them and she was so nice to my daughter she was really kind and friendly and helpful also so please keep her there she is a really great excellent worker and I was very satisfied with her and also when I was up there another day on Tuesday October/17/2023 the manager Shawna Hair and the worker Mandy Hair was also very gracious,helpful,kind and friendly and made all are hogies the way we wanted and was also nice to my daughter and asked them also I really hope they keep them 3 girls there

shawna don’t do her own work every time i go there she always asking someone else’s to do something or serve someone she always in the back eating or on her phone. seems like the type to want paid to do nothing and there food looked old before.
