Weird subway, told they only take online orders and I couldn't even finish my order in the store. Won't go back. Weird staff and dirty store

Went into this Subway and was told it was online ordering only…..really! I was in the Subway but the rude girl just said online ordering only and walked away….how are people supposed to know that it’s online ordering only…..poor management.

There were dead bugs on the ledge of the window in the ordering line. I ordered a medium drink and the machine was out of ice, fountain drink came out lukewarm, and was flat. I couldn’t even fill my cup the whole way due to the gnats that were swarming the drink station and kept landing on my hand and cup rim.

Honestly - WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The youngish girl working behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. I believe the owner/manager was sitting in the dining room on her laptop and she did nothing! Several tables were dirty - floor needed sweeping. Ice machine broken, no soap in the bathroom, half wall by the ordering area is loose and a safety hazard, outside of restaurant is full of weeds. The food didn’t taste or look fresh. When we left we saw all 3 staff members come into the dining area but they just stood around and talked - very questionable work ethic. By looking at the many 1 star reviews it seems this location has ongoing issues about cleanliness and staff rudeness. I was appalled by the entire experience and vibe in there. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Walked in to order sandwich for lunch, I ordered 2 chicken wraps and said that I didnt want alot of chicken( to split the chicken for both sandwiches) the lady told me that you get what you get and the amount is not an option. Then she proceeds to talk over me while Im telling her which veggies that I want on it. They had no drinks,chips or cookies to even make a meal. The atmosphere is terrible.

Walked in at 7 o’clock to order To order one sub. Was never spoken to for 10 minutes while Lori looked very annoyed making a sub for an app order. This will be the last time I go in to that subway as this employee Is not nice with customers

Rudest employees I have ever came across. WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. order two subs online, that said they were ready to pick up. Staff was incredibly rude when I showed up and told me "not their fault that the order never came through and I would need to call corporate to figure it out.... Made me wait to speak to their manager who was on a dunkin'. Donut run. Girl at the front desk called corporate and handed me her phone and it said "momma". Who was also extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never return and be sure to spread the word.

Unclean, the Online Ordering never works and even if you have the confirmation on hand, they refuse to prepare your order when they are clearly at fault. In addition, the employees have an attitude problem

Make sure your server rings up your order correctly..... If there is a mistake, you will have to wait weeks to be reimbursed... They will tell you they need to review camera footage and everything shy of calling the FBI...

Walked in at 6:40 to order two subs for takeout. Employee quickly told me, two steps in the door, that they were closing in 30 minutes and she just wanted to let me know. Posted hours on the door and the website say 9, didn’t have to be that rude about it, felt like she just didn’t want us to be there. So we left before ordering.
