12/28. the worker was TERRIBLE. very stingy with the vegetables. she was being rude because she misheard vingeratte for vinegar and continuously yelled at me and my friends til i told her i wasn’t gonna argue and that i wanted my sauce. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION SUCH A TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT

OMG I will never ever come back to THIS store. The girl working there today (12/05) just 5 mins ago should be FIRED. She has ZERO customer service skills. She was rude from the beginning, every thing she opened her mouth to say had thick arrogant and rude attitude all over it. I'm literally blown away right now. All I asked for was extra mayo put on before anything and she said she can't do that. 😳 Then I asked for little lettuce and extra tomatoes. She gave me normal amount of both. When I said can I have more tomatoes, she said no we can't do that. They can't do that at THIS store... 😳 WHAT? I don't believe her but even if I did, the completely rude attitude the entire time not only begs to not be believed but when I tell you I actually almost walked out without my hoagie and not paying... But I just couldn't waste the food like that... NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. EVER. I'll continue to (like I usually do) go to the one by giant eagle. I suggest everyone do that as well.

Don't even get to try the food. I was refused service when I entered the franchise. The girl said I'm only going to do on online orders. I will not do your order if I could give zero stars I would the business did not appear to be very busy, she had a single sandwich that she was waiting for a DoorDash her to pick up will not return or not be back

Not sure if the girls name working on 11/17/2025 at 2 pm but an older lady came in & was asking questions and the worker was very very rude. She asked what was on a sub and worker in back tried explaining but the lady didn’t hear her & the front worker isaid ‘I already told her what was on it, you don’t need to’ VERY VERY RUDE

The employee only put five tomatoes on a foot long, I ask for three rows, as it was the only vegetable I wanted. She told me that was all she was aloud to put on a sandwich. She said her boss would not allow and add it was because they didn’t do much business. She had a full bind of tomatoes. Her attitude sucks. I can see why the business is poor, bad customer service and very bad rules that don’t apply to any other subway. They won’t get any more of my business.

Went into this Subway and was told it was online ordering only…..really! I was in the Subway but the rude girl just said online ordering only and walked away….how are people supposed to know that it’s online ordering only…..poor management.

There were dead bugs on the ledge of the window in the ordering line. I ordered a medium drink and the machine was out of ice, fountain drink came out lukewarm, and was flat. I couldn’t even fill my cup the whole way due to the gnats that were swarming the drink station and kept landing on my hand and cup rim.

Honestly - WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The youngish girl working behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. I believe the owner/manager was sitting in the dining room on her laptop and she did nothing! Several tables were dirty - floor needed sweeping. Ice machine broken, no soap in the bathroom, half wall by the ordering area is loose and a safety hazard, outside of restaurant is full of weeds. The food didn’t taste or look fresh. When we left we saw all 3 staff members come into the dining area but they just stood around and talked - very questionable work ethic. By looking at the many 1 star reviews it seems this location has ongoing issues about cleanliness and staff rudeness. I was appalled by the entire experience and vibe in there. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Then she proceeds to talk over me while Im telling her which veggies that I want on it. They had no drinks,chips or cookies to even make a meal. The atmosphere is terrible.

Walked in at 7 o’clock to order To order one sub. Was never spoken to for 10 minutes while Lori looked very annoyed making a sub for an app order. This will be the last time I go in to that subway as this employee Is not nice with customers
