I am wondering if this location is actually open until 1 AM? I was in drive thru 20 min before 1 and no answer. I also saw no one in the window and lots of lights off- but cars in the parking lot. This happens often at this location. Either hours are inaccurate online or someone’s closing up early ?

Rudest staff ever. Snapped at two customers directly and then while making food they continued to complain about customers ordering food in general. Picture of rude employee..

Drive thru girl for the record was also super rude and when I simply asked how long an order for delivery would be and he snapped she then came to the front and asked what my problem is. If taco bell pulls the camera they'll see for themselves.

Worst tasting taco bell I've ever had and the slowest. Food was bland, not like other locations. Place was clean but no napkins out unless you asked for them. Good luck getting an employee to come to the counter unless they brought an order out.

I love Taco Bell, but this location is absolutely the WORST one I’ve ever been to. The workers were extremely rude the second we stepped in. The one girl made a joke to her coworker about “locking the restaurant doors” because she “can’t do drive thru and make food” at the same time, which I understand and honestly found it a little funny before all hell broke loose.
The wait was EXTREMELY long. I swear we waited at least half an hour, probably longer, before getting our food. I get it was noon and probably lunch rush, but the main girl who’s name I think was Teresa, absolutely handled it beyond poorly. First, none of our orders had our names on them, and they were being placed on the online/mobile rack. My one coworker went up to grab her order, and there was an iced coffee right next to her bag. All she said was that it wasn’t hers, or asked if it was hers (she didn’t order one but she just wanted to make sure that they didn’t misread her order because she did get a regular coffee) and Teresa immediately yelled at her, “does it look like yours? Why would it be yours? That’s for DoorDash! How do you not know what you ordered? How do you come to a restaurant and not know what you ordered?!” And she KEPT going even after my coworker walked away. This was already after at least 10 minutes of waiting. A DoorDasher eventually came in, and he waited at least 15 minutes before politely asking how much longer his order would take. Teresa immediately fired off with an “I don’t know!” He told her he was leaving then, and she literally smiled and waved at this guy. The guy said he’d be speaking with her manager, to which she responded with “go ahead, he’ll be on my side”.
Then, my other coworker went up to ask how much longer the last two orders (one was mine) would be. “I don’t know, as long as it takes.” Then to find out they “lost” my name. So I went up with my emailed receipt on my phone, showed it to the two girls working, and the one said she’d start it right away in a pleasant tone, then changed her attitude in a split second to tell me she called my name “a looonnnngggg time ago.” NONE of us heard it at all, and common knowledge would say that if it had really been such a “looonggg time”, why wouldn’t you call the name again?
I have worked food service and retail for almost 10 years. I’ve worked in downtown PITTSBURGH for crying out loud. I get being short staffed. I get lunch rushes. I get upset customers and just overall having a rough day. But I have NEVER once been treated or treated someone the way my coworkers and I were treated today.
The only good thing is my order was correct.
Long story short, save yourself the time and money and go to the other Butler location (never had a problem there!) or literally anywhere else.

For a two man crew (Raymond and another man who's name we did not catch) the level of service provided for two idiots who messed up their own order (us!) was exceptional, thank you two so much for treating us so kindly even though we messed up and had to come back with 30 minutes to close! We appreciate y'all!

employees don't pay attention to online orders. Seems like anytime I want too add or take off an ingredient it always still ends up being wrong.

Over all this location is awful. They skimp every item on your order and prepare it poorly!!! Would not recommend. These workers are terrible. If you have a choice, go to Marain point plaza location. They always make your food good!!!!!

The slowest Taco Bell in history. Where is this manager and why are they not doing their job?
