They never get our food right at this location. The food at Taco Bell actually would be good if they would get it right and I would go a lot more but I feel like I don't even want to go because of the staff that is there.

I have went there a few times and everything has been good. I go on off hours and service time is acceptable. I order a 12 pack of soft tacos every time. And around a 3 to 4 min. Wait that's very acceptable to me.

The one worker Celenia was very kind and helpful. I went in not knowing what to get but ended up with exactly what i’d want! I appreciate her being patient with me ! The food was amazing and the service with her, tyler, cody, joe was great!

TERRIBLE DONT GO HERE. They barely put any meat on your tacos. We spent $32 on a Doritos party pack and the tacos had a pinch of meat in them. Some taco didn’t even have meat

Workers were extremely loud, to the extent that eating there was disturbing. I was the only one eating in the restaurant. Maybe the noisy atmosphere is the reason.

Horrible customer service never get the order right lies about what time they close and close early for their convenience mess up orders all the time and don't try to make them right the next day
I arrived at this Taco Bell location 4/30 at approximately 9:20 PM to pick up two separate DoorDash orders. Upon arrival, there was already one Dasher ahead of me who mentioned she had been waiting at the counter for 20 minutes. Another customer waiting on a mobile order shared a similar wait time. What was most concerning was that during this period, no staff member acknowledged or greeted any of us at the counter.
Eventually, a staff member glanced over and asked, “What’s wrong?” After we explained the situation, she responded by saying, “There are three of us and we have six DoorDash orders, sorry,” but no sense of urgency followed. The pace of service remained extremely slow.
One of my DoorDash orders was completed after 20 minutes, but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the second. During that time, newer DoorDash orders, placed after mine, were completed and set out ahead of mine.
Additionally, another customer entered the store after attempting to go through the drive-thru twice with no response at the speaker. He was understandably frustrated, as there was no signage indicating the drive-thru was closed or unattended.
To add to the frustration, the staff locked the doors at 9:30 PM and could be heard complaining about being short-staffed, yet there appeared to be little effort to move efficiently or communicate clearly with waiting customers.

they never have sauces that you order thru the app nor offer a sub, i ordered a taco once that came with like a pinch of meat, and last weekend i ordered thru the app got to the store and the drive thru was blocked off as well as the doors being locked. i submitted a customer service complaint but never got a response 🤷♀️
