I tried this place because I had an offer. It won't take another deal for me to come back. The store is spotless, bright, and cheery. The guy working was very patient explaining all the menu options- and there are a lot. I tried a smoothie made with berries, including cranberries- loved it! You can add various nutritional boosters too. I saw one of the acai bowls and all the fruit looked really fresh.

I want to start by saying to smoothies are very good.
That said, I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. It was all lettuce. Not to mention I’m pretty sure it was canned chicken. Would not buy the food again.

i dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. every single time i have ordered or gone here the food and smoothies have been AMAZING. i have never gotten anything bad from here. my only complaint is the last time i went there i was waiting in line for a long time to order and the workers completely ignored my friend and i so we decided to order online instead and the second we got out of line they immediately took the person that was waiting behind us. i was pretty mad because we waited SO LONG and no one acknowledged us. other than that i love this place and i think about it every day. i wish it was closer to my house! and the prices are perfect!

The Tropical Cafe on Cherokee Street in Chattanooga, TN is by far the best I have ever been too!! They actually know us by name and greet us by our names every time. Their Sandwiches are always fresh and hot and made to order and their smoothies are absolutely out of this world!!! Especially the Peanut Protein Smoothie 😋😋😋. We love this location so much and how were treated we visit at least once or twice every week.

Tropical smoothie is a perfect after workout treat! The service is always fast and the staff is always kind! The cafe is always clean which is nice for when I want to dine in. My favorite is the bahama mama smoothie or the açaí bowl with Nutella.
