We were heading to another restaurant and it was closed so decided to come over to Upper Crust because we had been meaning to try it. 16/10. Service was great, food is phenomenal and very affordably priced. We got subs, a pretzel and some broccoli cheddar soup. Everything was fresh and hot, very fast. The bread they use for the subs is amazing. Will definitely be returning to this gem of a place.

Trying new places in Butler and this place looked cute from the outside, but when going inside the seating was weird. Outdated and thrown together, they need to make it more welcoming inside. The soup was very salty and not homemade, the sandwiches were not the best. Seemed like chicken from a can and not fresh veggies. For being open since 2013 , they could do way better. Loved the staff-very kind!
