Trying new places in Butler and this place looked cute from the outside, but when going inside the seating was weird. Outdated and thrown together, they need to make it more welcoming inside. The soup was very salty and not homemade, the sandwiches were not the best. Seemed like chicken from a can and not fresh veggies. For being open since 2013 , they could do way better. Loved the staff-very kind!

Upper Crust's chicken salad is to die for--beautifully prepared chicken breast with just enough mayo to hold it together and accented with green grapes and slices almonds.

I work on North Main St Ext and never even knew this place existed. Absolutely one of the best subs I've ever had in my entire life. I heard about it from a friend of mine and gave it a try for lunch one day at work and I was blown away. The customer service was outstanding they treated me like I've been there before very friendly, I went with the "Italian and Tomato Basil Soup" and it was the best thing ever, dipping my sub into the soup was the best way to eat this I found. You also get a water with your order and a complimentary cookie of choice !!!Definitely give this place a try if you haven't yet.

I honestly did not know this place existed until I started working at Crossroads in the Holly Pointe building. My go to is always the chicken bacon ranch! OMG, the bun is so soft, the chicken is so juicy and just pure yummy! Def a hidden jewel!

All executed well and really good.Affordable prices.
