Horrible, Saturday morning 10am waited 10 minutes no one came to the window. Huge line in front of me was cleared then no answer at the window. Tall white Lady wearing jeans smoking outside watching me finished her cigarette then went inside. Cars behind me started leaving. Awful.

I really enjoyed the Takis Fuego meal, so much so that I forgot to snap a picture. You could tell the food was made fresh. The employees were very courteous as well. What a refreshing experience!

Unfortunately only one person could be seen performing there position and he went above and beyond. I believe his name was Tyler. Unfortunately the rest of his team performed very poorly today. Please check metrics on drive thru around 1:00-1:40 for proof of that. Again unfortunately after the 20-25 minute drive thru wait for 5 or 6 orders ahead of me. We were still missing items. Tyler helped get us squared away while completing coworkers tasks because they could not complete them. Thank you Tyler for trying to hold your team together today. I wish you luck!

Food is decent at this location. The service and the people who work there though are very unpleasant. I tell them that my wife has an allergy to lettuce and they still put lettuce on the sandwich. I ask for extra ice in my drink. I asked for barbecue sauce they don’t give barbecue sauce for the nuggets. This isn’t the first time this is like the last 10 times I’ve been at this location. They get the order wrong every time. If you’re miserable, that’s fine but like you still have a job to do just like everyone else just do your job. There’s no reason to be rude and unpleasant. Whoever owns this franchise needs to also put in the effort to find management who actually cares. There’s gotta be better candidates applying for the roles. It’s obvious that whoever is the manager there now couldn’t care less

I used to go here often. NO LONGER!! I was basically told to go away by a manager. I can spend my daily $3+ at any of the other fast food places on rt. 8 and not get screamed at!! Nice knowing you, Wendy's!!

Bathroom smells like swamp water, Nicole at the register 5/10/25 was rude and needs to learn to keep her thoughts in her head. Instead of saying negative things in front of customers. She need to quit if she can't handle the fast food industry. Wife found hair on fry. Place needs new management will not be back!
