TLDR: Never friendly, order is wrong 50+% of the time. This is our local Wendy’s and they consistently get our very simple order wrong. Tonight I went at 10:45 (they close at midnight) for a mobile order with one burger and one burger meal. Waited at the window for 13 minutes. Checked my order and the burger I ordered without cheese had cheese on it. I’m lactose intolerant so I just won’t eat it. There were two cars behind me. I can’t sit in line for another 26 minutes just to get a burger that MIGHT be right. I just left disappointed once again.

I placed a mobile order and waited inside for over 10 minutes, a total of about 24 minutes from initial order. Started kind of frustrated, but they really were SLAMMED. It was kind of cool to stand there and watch them get nonstop customers (packed inside waiting and line around the building) and they all stayed calm, level headed, accurate in my large order, and were really working as a team. They did really great handling the mass amount of people they had on a Thursday.

Heard female manager being rude and oppressive to the employees who where serving me well and showed me a smile. Honestly, I don't know how the employees keep smiling but they do better than their boss it seems. It seems like this problem occurs frequently in fast food chains. Especially Wendy's. I've witness the same happen at the Wendy's by the mall.

I eat here many times and about 50% of my visits I have encountered ordering issues. Either an item wasn't put in my bag or I have waited 10 minutes at the drive thru to get non hot food.
