They really need to fix the drink machine. My Diet Coke tasted like they mixed 3 different drinks, so it got thrown in the garbage.

Mobile order instructions disregard, no condiments, had to go in to get the chili we ordered. Asked like why wasn't our order correct. The girl at the register said I don't know. Do you want frost or something. It's like no I wanted my order to semi correct

It depends on what Wendy's you go to. The Wendy's at the Clearview mall in Butler Does a really good job but the one on new Castle st . It just depends on who is working . Some of the workers really try to do a good job and some don't seem to care as much and your food might be burnt.

My wife and I went through the drive thru, I placed my order on the mobile app since she was driving. I got the free 10 piece with any qualifying order Yada Yada. They were dry and nasty but my wife was starving and inhaling them till she felt a hair in her mouth. There was a hair in the dry nuggets. I can't imagine what health dept. violations are in there if we were served, very clearly, old and well past the hold time, nuggets and a long black hair.
