Capital City Mall Reviews
Nice mall with very little vacancies...nice place to shop
Food court was great. Macys had huge sale
The mall has been great for these recent hot hot days.
I do think the new indoor play area is great however…I think it could use more things to play with or do. The play houses back behind the climbing equipment is all empty which was a bummer to my kiddo. My 6 year old got bored REALLY fast. It’s $20/child w/ 1 adult free ($10/extra adult) which is great for the all day access it offers. 💯 wish they had a bathroom in or near that area for younger kids.

Based on the reviews, Capital City Mall is one of the few real malls still around that doesn't have empty spots all over the place. The mall is always very clean, with large spaces for walking. There are plenty of rest rooms and a huge food court with plenty to choose from, including great sushi. Security is always present, and there are AED stations all over. The mall is kid friendly and has Santa around Christmas and the Easter Bunny around Easter. Big stores like Macy’s are very reasonable. Dave & Busters keeps customers coming back. The infrastructure is in pretty good shape with a decent mix of stores. It is busy during the holidays, and shoppers can find anything needed, including many varieties of food spots and sweets. The mall closes at 8 pm, so it is best to shop in the AM.
