Dave & Buster's Camp Hill - Harrisburg

We had a 5pm reservation and still had to wait 60 minutes to get seated. We watched multiple other parties arrive after us and get seated before us. We saw multiple empty tables that would be left sit for long periods of time before being cleared for the next party. What was the point of making a reservation?

Had a great birthday dinner with my friends at Dave and Busters! The staff were friendly and the service was great! They also had a magician walking around performing tricks at tables that were fun and interesting! I had a great dinner/night!

I sent a message via this app never got a response. Spent over $500 dollars in food and drinks. Server was absolutely terrible never split our checks when I asked we were told that she couldn't then hit us with a gratuity. Charge waited over 45 minutes even though we had reservations Son's proposal was ruined and it was absolutely terrible.

The food was pretty horrible. My salad was served without dressing. My husband ordered a medium rare steak, it came out almost raw. My son ordered fish and chips, which were dry and wound up making him sick later in the evening. His friend ordered chicken fingers, which were also dry. Service was ok at the beginning, but then our waitress was no where to be found and it took over 30 minutes to get the bill, and even then we had to ask for it. We tried to get cotton candy from the machine on the way out and that took our money and was broken too. Only redeeming thing was the kids had fun on the games.

Waited nearly an hour after being quoted an hour wait while watching the hostess continue to seat walk-ins. When I asked about our table, I was told only reservations were being seated—but people ahead of us confirmed they were walk-ins. The hostess was rude and dismissive and even referred to me and my 7-year-old child as “you folks” in an inappropriate tone. I made an online reservation while waiting, showed up at the reservation time, and was still skipped while another group was seated before us. The whole situation was uncomfortable and made no sense. Because it was late, we stayed to eat anyway, but the experience was already ruined. Never experienced anything like this . Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed. I wanted a special day for my son's birthday and it was just subpar. This was our second time at this location and we had the same issues. We had a reservation for 10 and nobody read the note we were instructed to add so evereone was seated together. Not a big deal but they just weren't ready. The waitress was ok but she spent a lot of time chatting with staff which caused longer waits. The food was luke warm at best and had to be sent back multiple times. At that point it was just microwaved and gross. Some of our party were brought out incorrect items which lead to longer wait time and one person eating alone due to the screw up. A lot of the games were also for older children so we were very limited for a 8 year old. I don't think we will be returning. This was the same experience we had 2 years ago here and the staff just don't care.

Outstanding service food was delicious prices to portion left some to be desired. The games aren't very under the age of 7 friendly. $200 will buy you two kids meals two adult meals two drinks mixed and 700 machine plays on cards.

Amazing place. The atmosphere was incredible. The arcade area couldn't be any different. It kind of reminded me of my childhood memories in going to Chuck E. Cheese's when it come to seeing those kinds of things. Overall, not bad for my 1st visit. I've been wanting to explore about this place for quite a while and I'm so grateful that I finally had the opportunity to see it for myself. Looking forward to going back there again in the near future. Cheers!

Reserved a table for noon and people arrived, drinks were at least ordered. Reservation was made for a birthday, I believe it asked what the reservation was for. 12:45ish, it was stated that we..in less words..needed to order food otherwise they need the table. I told the waitress that we would be ordering but people weren't all there yet and then we were given a time limit for 2:30pm. I can understand needing the table but it is a eat and game place, the table was reserved and it was stated that food would be ordered as more people arrived so the table wasn't being held for no reason. It felt pushy and a bad taste especially when the last time we had only attended a birthday celebration, again reserved, and we still waited almost an hour for a table. I don't suggest Dave's for a birthday celebration of any kind. The food was good, server was friendly but never again. Reserved is reserved & money was being spent at Dave's. Don't rush your guests.

Our server Cassie was a delight! They were extremely attentive and very kind. The food was delicious!

Great service! The food and atmosphere were okay. The entertainment will great for the kids in our group.

I took my 3 nephews and 2 sons ages 5-13 for a boys night on a Friday night and we had an absolute blast. Food was great. Games were fun. Dessert was great. Staff was helpful & friendly. We were even surprised by a magician that surprised us with a little magic show at our dessert table. The boys were laughing and absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back!

Food was good, services was good too but, we were charged an extra $50 to our bill without any explanation. When we asked why they was an extra $50 on our bill, the worker said it was for him for serving us as a group of 8. It would've been nice to know that before we ordered not after.

Lexi was such a great server , her people skills are awesome ! My friends and I had such a great time at dinner and the magician who is there Friday and Saturdays was really fun to interact with before we got our food. Drinks and food all came out in a timely manner. We have already discussed that we will be returning !
