For a BBQ place the ribs were terrible. They were dried out and chewy. My 9 year old didn't even finish them. It was like they cut them into the individual rib and threw them back in the hot box for hours on end. Complete waste of money.

Place is excellent. The food was delicious. Came in during a slow time, but the place is clean and the food yummy. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to place an order. I asked if their meat is Halal (as not all locations are since they do sell pork products) and for some reason they would just hang up on me.
I thought maybe it was a bad connection so i called again a few minutes later and explained that i wanted to place an order but was wondering if this was a Halal location... they hung up on me again... Like, why? You can at least try being a grown up about it if you have an issue with Muslims...

Got there at 8:25pm on a Saturday when their hours state they close at 9pm. The lights were off and I saw the employees walking out. Disappointing as I drove 30 minutes and paid a toll to get there. Won't be returning.

I'm gluten free and after some careful research of the menu, I have safely eaten here through delivery and in person. They will be careful if you need and are very kind.

I am very disappointed with the service i received today as i really do like this restaurant chain. Especially the one in mechanicsburg, PA. The employees were very unprofessional and quiet and weren’t very helpful at all. I ordered the 3 meat plate with brisket chicken and ribs. I open the box and there was enough there to feed a small child let alone an adult. Two bites of chicken and 2 or three bites of brisket and 3 rib bones with absolutely no meat on them whatsoever I threw right into the trash I was so disappointed for spending 17.99 on a little snack. I do not recommend this location. I will not be coming back. Go to the one in mechanicburg. Much better service and much more food for your money. I wil

Sub-Par BBQ at best. Had a Pulled Pork sandwich with Baked Beans as a side. While the meat had an OK taste and wasn’t dry, it had ZERO Smoke Flavor which is something I expect from even a mediocre BBQ Joint. The Baked Beans looked and tasted as if they were straight from a can with nothing added. In fact, I’ve had much better canned baked beans than those. Honestly the best tasting thing in my meal today was the buttered brioche bun. Certainly won’t be in a hurry to return here.

Ordered food on the website and paid for it. Said it’d be ready at 8:45 pm. Get there at 8:43 pm and the place is shut down. They aren’t supposed to close until 9. Two employees working see me at the locked door and just ignore me. I called several times, no answer. I even tried to knock in a way they could hear me but I could tell they knew I was there but chose to ignore me. Then I went to the window that didn’t look tinted and the lady working clearly saw me and yelled we’re closed. Then proceeded to talk to her coworker. I ordered $40 worth of food and was unable to get it and they closed early. Not to mention I have a young child who was hungry and that was their dinner too. I wouldn’t have been so upset if they would have just come talk to me and make sure I got a refund. How inconsiderate of your business and employees. I am very displeased.

I think I found my favorite BBQ spot. It's much better then Mission BB

It hits the authentic BBQ spot when you can’t make it to Texas
