It has happened too many times and I’m embarrassed to come get my drink fixed again. This is my stop on my way to work and when I get to work and take a sip of coffee with no sweetener, it just makes me sad 😔 The employees are nice to me but I feel bad to keep asking to remake it on my way home from work.

Edit: I’ve been there yesterday and today and my sips have me smiling at work. Thank you guys for taking the time to make my drinks and my day.

They are generally the same. Customer service is the demarcation line. This one was pretty good. They were busy bit the folks behind the counter were professional. That is more rare than many realize.
