We only came for ice cream. It took a really long time for it to come to the table. Our sundaes were melted halfway down the dish when they came out. I said something to the server and she said it was because it was hot outside. But we were inside in the AC. I paid the bill and left her a 20% tip but I won't ever go there again.

Waitress admitted she didn't know which drinks were diet, and which were regular coke and left us to figure it out. Food came out wrong, she admitted that it was rang in correct, but the kitchen made it wrong (but she brought it anyway and d asked if it was ok,). Both of these were something I could take in stride, but the difference in pictures between my ice cream I ordered and what I got is the worst I have ever experienced. They literally brought me half a sundae.

They recently decided to ration their portions. For a mere $ 6 I got 12 French fries with a coke. This is absurd. Most restaurants overload you on French fries. I guess they are trying to make their food last until they go out of business since they have no business. The place is run down and filthy. Some of the wait staff yell at management in the dining area. The place is total chaos. The latest manager doesn’t speak to the customers or even say hello. That’s customer service at its best. I won’t be going back and would NOT recommend this place.
