Jersey Mike's Subs offers friendly service and decent sandwiches, often with cold, fresh toppings and paper-thin slices of meat and cheese. However, there have been issues with incorrect charges for mini subs and drinks, which seems intentional due to the placement of cup sizes. Management has reached out to address these concerns, leading to an improvement in the reviewer's experience.
