Had a fantastic experience at Kokua Ice! The service was fast, efficient, and delivered with such a welcoming smile. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the visit a real pleasure. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a great treat and wonderful customer service!
Kokua has incredible coffees and dirty sodas, the vibe is super fun and the customer service is incredible! Everyone is so friendly and they have products I constantly crave. Seriously actually top tier coffee

Kokua Shave Ice offers amazing customer service and friendly employees. The service is 10/10, with kind and considerate staff who are happy and kind even with chatter and loudness. The shaved ice and cream sodas are amazing, and the chocolate shake is absolutely phenomenal, very smooth without being too rich. The Island Fizz, with Sprite, Pineapple, and Coconut Cream, is a totally different and really good way to have a soda. The space is clean and super organized, with a clear menu and enticing product descriptions. Proportions are generous, especially for kids sizing. Everything is made with love and always on point. This heavily underrated spot has some of the best service and nicest workers in the mall, with a flavor for everybody. The owners are amazing.
