The Cesar salad is the best I’ve ever had and that dressing is perfection. Their mocktail selection was creative and delicious!
Other favorites would be their house bread, the smashed chicken sandwich and the falafel crusted salmon. Needless to say this is some of the best food we’ve ever eaten.
The vibes are cozy and the staff is incredibly warm and helpful. Can’t wait to come back and try some of their dessert! Thanks for the hospitality!

Charming place with innovative and delicious food. Angela was our server-she was fantastic and a great advocate for the restaurant. We had great cocktails and our appetizer -the tuna tartar with avocado was absolutely incredible- the tuna melts in your mouth and the subtly spicy flavors in the avocado will always have me craving this dish. My husband had the swordfish which was excellent and I had the shrimp vegetable curry dish which did not disappoint! I loved the heat of the curry. Vegetables were crisp and shrimp so very tender. A delightful surprise all around. Thank you-will definitely be back

We enjoyed an exceptional dining experience, with the cozy atmosphere and pleasant staff adding to our delight. For me, Butter was an unexpected gem in the wilderness. It's very quaint inside. Our meals were excellent and so was the service. During the summer, they have outdoor dining and entertainment. And the picturesque property is located on a river. Who could ask for more?
WOW! Impeccable food at this cozy and local Poconos gem. Our table ordered the fig and prosciutto flatbread to split and the appetizer brought a vibrant mix of sweet, and savory delight. The house made bread was fresh, hot, and flavorful. We ordered the butter burger, crab pasta, horseradish crusted salmon, and the shrimp dish. Everyone in our party were beyond satisfied. The weekly desserts the chef creates were delicious. We will recommend this establishment to anyone passing through - although honestly, this restaurant is worth a trip to visit.

Absolutely a gem in this region. Good food in the area is hard to find, amazing food impossible.. not anymore! Service was impeccable, cozy ambiance and nice liquor selection too. The food was above expectations, the bread to start was hot fresh and tasty, I wanted everything on the menu and that doesn't happen often. From soup to main dishes overall the best restaurant we have been to in the region and I mean all the way to Scranton and Honesdale . We will be back again and again .
