Unfortunately, we picked up food from here to take home and the food just tasted horrible. The Birria tacos were jam packed with meat and fat on it and it had no good flavor. The chicken taquitos tasted weird as if they were frozen and under cooked. It was just nasty very disappointed. I do not recommend

I came to this place thinking that I will have a decent Mexican breakfast, big mistake, the huevos rancheros was too bad , the make this plate with Avery grease ground beef , which is not even close to a huevos rancheros dish , as a Mexican I do not recommend this place , even Taco Bell is better than this “Mexican want a be restaurant “. And the price is too high for the size and quality of the dishes!! I spend the entire afternoon with upset stomach because this food .

California burrito is a taste of home- San Diego!!!! Love this place. Thank you!!!! I haven't even scratched the service yet. If you love Mexican food this is it baby. People are very friendly. Can't believe there wasn't a line out the door. Amando la vida!!

Casual counter order spot. Service was great and attentive. The food is good enough to be a hopping full service spot. The Birria tacos were amazing with the dip. I also had a Cali fish taco that was definitely the best fish taco of the trip. We were addicted to the queso and fresh chips.

We come down for vacation every year and every year we have to go get burritos here! Highly recommend taking any left over burrito specially the california home and next day just adding an egg.

Absolutely amazing Mexican food. It's fresh, it's flavorful and best of all they give you a lot of food! We got queso to have with chips and it was so good that we used the rest of it the next night on hot dogs that we grilled. We can't wait to go back during our next trip to AMI.

A hidden gem on Anna Maria Island just south of Publix. Fantastic California inspired Mexican food. Really great burritos, tacos and guacamole. I highly recommend stoping here on your next trip to AMI.
