My daughter loves Papa John's! I do carry out and the guys there are so friendly and go that extra mile when I ask for something special. I always get greeted right away. Thanks Papa John's for making me feel like a valued customer!
Papa John's Pizza I would like a # for the operators above store, because it's been 9 weeks and I still have not gotten my paycheck. There is a law about this and if I do not receive my pay I have no choice but to take further action!!
Worst customer service around! Lies, attitude and absolutely rude. After an hour, I called to see where my pizza was, was told it was on the way , another half hour later called again and got attitude because I questioned the lie he told me previously. it showed up and wasn't even hot! We literally live less than 3 min away and took the driver 30 min to get to my house. Unacceptable to lie to your customers.
