I placed an order from their website. There were some shipping complications. The staff had excellent customer service and I had my wine hand delivered by a friend of the staff! So awesome that a business really cares about their customers. I will be a forever customer. Oh and the wine tastes awesome!
We have been going to timber ridge winery for years, and have always loved their wines. When we were home for a visit we went to stock up on their wines. During the tasting the wine were amazing! So good in fact we bought 2 cases. When we got home to Illinois we opened our first bottle. It was absolutely horrible! We thought it was a fluke. It's been great working with Timber Ridge Winery, Matching our candles to their wines, and making custom labels for the candles that match their wine labels. Boots on the Beach is a MUST-HAVE.
