The cherry cheesecake was excellent as well as the chocolate peanut butter cake. The raspberry Linzer raets were equally delicious.

Thrilled this place is still there after ALL these years! Unbelievable prices for fabulous pastries. Takes me back to my childhood as soon as I enter.

Barbour’s has been around for as long as I can remember. I used to stop in when I was a kid, and now as an adult, I love stopping in to this gem when in town. When seeking a birthday cake, Barbour’s is where I go! The cakes are beautiful, delicious and reasonably priced. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and gracious. Recently, I worked with Janet to create a masterpiece of a wedding-style tiered cake for my in-laws 60th anniversary. It was stunning!! Barbour’s not only literally delivered the cake to the venue, they delivered a beauty. Thank you to Janet and all of the other friendly folks at Barbour’s who are so helpful. No wonder your longevity—you put quality and customer as number one!

Barbour’s Bakery in Carbondale, PA is a beloved family-run spot that’s been serving up amazing treats since 1912. My grandfather, Don Brink, has always been proud of his cousin’s bakery, and for good reason.
From cinnamon buns and fresh bread to brownies and custom cakes, everything is made the old-fashioned way, with real care. It’s a must-stop visit if you're anywhere near the area.

Very small space. Street parking. Muffin was ok but nothing special. Staff were very nice.

Their donuts and cake were very good. It's a bit cramped and unorganized in there but then it's a pretty old school setup. Def. recommend the donuts, though...
