Placed a mobile order for a milkshake. I went in to grab it and they ignored me for 20 minutes!! When they finally came over I told them about the order and they said oh the machine is being cleaned so I can't get my order. They did offer a substitute I said I only wanted a shake. They told me come back next time. I explained that I paid for it already and what is going on with the money. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to refund me. I just wanted a quick treat for the ride home after work and ended up wasting almost a hr and not even getting an apology or anything

The foods usually taste okay if it's fresh. The prices are way too high. Do they realize that I could just go buy French fries at the store?Cook them way cheaper and have more meals? They should lower their prices before they end up going out of business like the one in Eynon. French fries cost so much. And the portions have shrunk down and recent years so small. Seriously, you don't even feel full after eating.If these places anymore, and then i'm spending a small fortune. The stuff should at least be organic at these prices.
