Ordered pizza almost 3 hours ago and the pizza never arrived. I keep trying to call Domenick’s because they charged my card and it just rings and rings and rings. It used to be a favorite place, but it has turned into a complete CLOWN SHOW!

Taste wise, we love thier pizza but as of late, the crust became paper thin. Seems like they are cutting corners to save money and using medium size dough and stretching it into a large. Not as good as it use to be. Customers DO notice and cutting corners is how you lose customers.

Although no pizza parlours are as good as when I was growing up.this is one of the best I've found in years..the portions are better than typical.. the prices are more than reasonable compared to most and the quality is also better than most joints i am constantly trying..

Was just here to pick up some pizzas and was told there was a fee for using a credit card. Since this is very common now we also generally do bring cash as well. When we said we would use cash instead, we were told they didn’t have any $10, $5, or $1 bills for change. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and you really should be prepared for business or offer customers some sort of compensation for being forced to use a card and pay an additional fee.

I haven't had it in YEARS! I grew up on this pizza every Friday, sometimes multiple times a week ? best New york style pizza in the area! It was delicious as always! I wish there was one opened in Scranton ?
Waited an HOUR & 10 minutes for pizza from Dominick’s in town after being told 45 minutes, for it to arrive cold & get looked at like I have 3 heads when I didn’t tip , to get hung up on on the phone after asking for a credit towards another pizza since mine was literally cold & when I called back to ask who I spoke to that hung up on me I got told that they can’t give out their names over the phone . What a joke $15 for a cold pizza if I wanted cold pizza I would’ve went to weis.
