My name is Bernie and I order from Dominic's twice a week and the last seven times my food's been wrong I ordered cheesesteak I get sausage and peppers with mayonnaise delivered I just ordered again for the final time a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and french friesand a cheesesteaks stromboli (also wrong) an hour and 45 minutes later My food gets here all soggy no ketchup I had the supply my own I called him back and they told me they'd remake it and it's just unacceptable I physically heard the lady on the phone say my address back to me cuz I guess they memorized with the phone number it's sad I'm eating these french fries and they're soggy and they're not even warm I do not recommend this to nobody and it's sad because their food's actually good when they get it right "if" the sad thing is they lied an said they called an no one answered? lol funny calls are on caller ID we live in a technological age! I'm very disappoint!!!!

Called for a delivery an hour and a half later they were still waiting for the driver to get back to deliver my food. I cancelled it. Unbelievable. They have gone downhill for awhile now. Pizza and service isnt the same anymore. Gonna start ordering from royal pizza.

Ordered pizza almost 3 hours ago and the pizza never arrived. I keep trying to call Domenick’s because they charged my card and it just rings and rings and rings. It used to be a favorite place, but it has turned into a complete CLOWN SHOW!

Taste wise, we love thier pizza but as of late, the crust became paper thin. Seems like they are cutting corners to save money and using medium size dough and stretching it into a large. Not as good as it use to be. Customers DO notice and cutting corners is how you lose customers.
