I ordered two pizzas. A stuffed crust and a pan pizza. The stuffed crust was awesome. The pan was a regular pizza. I was disappointed. But the food was good and the people were great!

I ordered a hot wing pizza. I recieved it with no hot wing sauce on it. It was just chicken and cheese. Another time I got Alfredo chicken pasta and it had hair in it. How many times do I give this place a shot??

The order I placed on Uber at 11:20 pm on December 5, 2024, has not been delivered after 1 hour. I called the merchant but no one answered. I did not receive the meal, so you just clicked the order to complete, and you were Have you eaten? The money was deducted but the meal was not received.

Ordered a pizza on the app , 11/15:2024 the pizza was sent out late to the point where I had to call the store and question them about it ! The pizza didn’t get here till an HR later then projected time and it wasnt even warm . Not only that out of the 2 marinaras I PAID for mind you , one must’ve been opened / on the shelf for a year picture attached below of the marinara cups . I could’ve got sick if I would’ve ate the marinara cup on the right . Get it together dominos !

every single time misty makes my order there's something wrong. the crust is never garlic buttered like it's supposed to be, the garlic parmesan bread bites only have parmesan cheese and they're about the size of a penny and the cinnamon twists are only dusted with cinnamon. this is honestly getting ridiculous and I'm about to call and make sure anyone but misty makes my order cuz she apparently doesn't know how to do her job.
I have been a long time customer and lately I have been extremely disappointed. First, your online ordering has become more and more difficult every time I use it. It takes me at least 10 mins. or more to get it right. Next, the last time I ordered, there were several things incorrect with my order. I didn't complain because we all have a bad day here and there. Finally, today was the determining factor in my decision as to why I am no longer ordering from this Dominos. It took me the usual 10-15 mins. to place my order. I requested the car side delivery. I put my order in, pulled up to the door when the tracker was on bake, sent my notification that I arrived, and waited. And waited, and waited. I watched three vehicles pull up behind me, the clerk brought out their orders, and I still waited. The tracker was complete within the time suggested, so I gave it a few more minutes. After 15 mins. I finally gave up and went in for my order. The gentleman who I watched bring out the three other orders, asked if I'm picking up my order. I said, I guess I'll have to because I've been waiting for you to bring out for the past 15 mins. Mind you, my vehicle is something that cannot be missed. A large white, four-door, short bed, Chevy Silverado truck. I know he saw the truck because he had to go behind it each time. My flashers were on, and I was parked in the Fire-lane, designated area. He asked me if I checked in. Really? I've been ordering from this place since you opened in this location. During Covid, I picked up every week. I typically order at least two pies and several sides each time, totally $40-50 at a time. I also leave a generous tip each time. I'm done! His excuse was, several order's MUST HAVE chimed at the same so I didn't hear yours. Why would I be parked there for what now was a half hour? I have become sincerely disappointed and will no longer be ordering from your Carbondale establishment. Extremely Dissatisfied!!!!
