Girl at the speaker was rude, got a cereal milk latte which was almost $6 and it was only a third of the way filled. Also no I didn’t ask for less ice… so tell me why?

My girlfriend order a strawberry daydream with cold foam, the cold foam was served chunky and yellowing, when she went back in to say something the employees belittled her and laughed at her amongst themselves about the situation. Never wrote a bad review before but this was way too insane an experience to not.

Lot is too small. Drive-thru is ridiculously tight and place was completely overcrowded. Will not ever try to go back

Coffee wrongly prepare through the drive thru went in store to tell them and got the employee arguing that the coffee was prepared as ordered. I have drank this for years and know when something is off. Left the coffee with them.

Everytime I go to this establishment they are in complete chaos and do not handle it well. On July 3rd I placed an online order then went in 30mins later around 1pm. My order was still not started and I let that slide but they didnt inform me until 15mins later of waiting that they were out and gave attitude about me not being able to eat pork. Waiting for a refund, there was an old guy in line behind me who was making creepy noises and inching closer to me. He ended up grabbing my butt and I flipped on the dude in store and took a picture of him. The employee “Tasha” and two others then flipped out on me about taking a picture that they were not even in and mad at me for causing a scene when i was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED IN THE STORE. I ended up calling the police. The behavior from the employees that day was absolutely disgusting. I try to stay away from negative reviews especially because I know they’re busy, but that behavior is unacceptable and needs reinforcement.

Somehow this place just cannot grasp how to correctly make a customers order. You pay extra for thing you never get. No point customizing anything because most of them will give you what they feel like making. An untoasted bagel with cream cheese comes burnt with a skin thin layer of cream cheese. This place needs a desperate overhaul and competent employees

I visit this location often and more times than not it’s very slow service, however this morning what I witnessed was very sad and pathetic management, I’m assuming it was a manager based that she was dressed different than the other employees with her button up shirt on. So I’m in line sitting at the window for 15 minutes there are 7 cars behind me and you can tell the girls behind counter were trying to get orders out and also run orders out to peoples car, while I’m watching this the manager is wiping the walls in the corner the whole time going over the same spot multiple times she cleaned the soap dispenser over and over. Sure maybe it needed cleaning but do you let everyone else scramble and have upset customers while you clean the same spot over and over. Felt bad for the employees what bad leadership.

I don’t usually do this. Dunkin in Carbondale is awful. The service, it’s very hard to get an employee to acknowledge you. The food and coffee quality is decent for the price and for what it is. They are regularly out of a lot of products. They say to order online to save time, I don’t think I can remember one time in the past two years where I’ve placed an order online and it’s been ready in under 20 minutes from start to finish. Going through the drive through takes about 20 minutes by itself. Very slow and inefficient. Not to mention, they mess up orders regularly. I don’t know what the issue is, but something needs to change. With Starbucks coming to town soon, besides for all of the older people, Dunkin will lose much of their business if things do not change. I mean honestly at this point I’d just rather go to McDonald’s for a coffee over Dunkin just because of the convenience.
