Tables were sticky , dirty. Manager was chatting it up with a friend,minutes. Order a big Mac. 16 minutes Get it, already know. Cold. Ask them nuke it. 30 seconds no more. 3 minutes later, already asked for my money back. Awful Workers were there, I saw them. Afternoon 3pm Saturday

Probably the worst McDonald's around. Employees don't care a bit if they get the order correct. The food is never fresh, usually stale buns. Avoid this place if you can. 9/25 It has gotten a lot better the lat year. They hired employees that actually don't mind doing the job
If you go here and order through the mobile app and you go to give your code and the person at the speaker tells you that your code is already been used and somebody else picked up your food report it immediately. There is a girl working there that is taking people's codes to give her and her friends free food with your code from your mobile app. She will try to lie and tell you that it happens all the time that somebody else can get the same exact code as you but it is a lie corporate already told me that is a lie. The employees can see your codes before you show up to the window and give it to them. She did this to me last night thank goodness I have a dash cam. Everything was recorded and I have reported it to corporate.

Look, you can't and shouldn't eat this food substitute on a regular basis. Sure, salt makes it taste good but it can't be good for you. Still, on the quality giant lampshade game they are killing it

Went at 3 am. Ordered a cheese burger with extra cheese. I could hear the workers through the pay window making fun of me for ordering extra cheese. Then on top of that the patty was dry and barely warm. The fries were cold too straight out of the bag. Workers upset because they had to make a burger and decided to make it horrible on purpose because they had to do their job. ridiculous and lazy miserable people.

Carbondale mcdonalds has gone under since the remodel an being sold to someone else, an to make matters worse when they mess your food order up an you complain its shared with staff to be joked about.
I ordered food got pulled over to the side, the girl that came out gave my food to another car takes it back after the driver had removed everything and touched it all an tried handing it to me. When asked for my food to be remade , she walks inside an walks right back out not even going into the kitchen hands me the food again, 30 minute wait cold food an someone dug their hands in it. When i placed the complaint people from mcdonalds came into my job harassing me an telling my co workers how evil an mean i was because i wanted a meal a stranger didnt touch or hot food.
2nd time, We all order what we want on our sandwiches got a burger with extra onion tell me why these bugers were so old it peeled apart , or why the extra onion was thrown into the wrapper an not on the burger, no sauces no napkins not even hey how are you or have a good day, couldnt even fill the bag of frys or anything. Although I’ve complained before so maybe they seen the name an thought it be funny to do this to a family. Granted i order enough food for a family why would you mess with the entire order?
Mind you this entire establishment never reached out to me about the first time never apologized nothing, an still cant make food fresh or orders correctly.
