Don't blame me when you can't get an order right!!! Doesn't anyone know how to make the new promotion Bacon Cajun Ranch Deluxe sandwich??? I check the sandwich when I purchase it because something tends to be left off of it. Yesterday it was the bacon. Today it was the tomatoes. When I asked about it at the window, right then and there when I received it, they wanted the sandwich back before they'd give me a new one. I said I deserved to keep it because yesterday I didn't get bacon, and now today I didn't get tomatoes. The first girl at the window hesitated, but went to get me a new sandwich. That next sandwich did not have bacon on it. Then a different girl came to the window with a bad attitude saying they can't be giving away sandwiches, and it was my issue because I wanted extra tomatoes. I said NO, I just want a deluxe with what it's supposed to come with, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. She gave me a "huffed" sound, rolled eyes, and said she wanted the 2 sandwiches that weren't made right. I gave them to her. She then came back to me with another sandwich. I checked it right on the spot and it was finally right. That's all I wanted from the beginning, the sandwich the way it was promoted to be made (for $7.20). However, in the end it came with a lot of ignorant attitude, along with my extended inconvenience. I don't expect a mean attitude and my being blamed for their mistake (X 2). Too bad McDonalds may have something good, but they're dragged down by inept employees and people with lousy attitudes.

This location has never gotten an order completely right for my family. We ordered the nugget sharable, 2 quarter pounders with cheese and a cheeseburger happy meal (ketchup only on the burger, extra fries and a sweet tea) from the drive thru. After paying, we were immediately asked to pull around front when no one was behind us. We waited and when the staff member brought out our 2 bags (no smile and didn't say a word to us), we noticed that the happy meal was missing. We called and the female on the phone was nice and apologized. She even knew exactly what was ordered without looking it up or asking us. The next staff member who brought us our happy meal apologized for the missing meal. After getting home and opening up our food, we found that the cheeseburger was missing cheese too. Most people who work at this location don't seem to care if you get what you order. From now on we will drive to Eynon to get McD's if we ever go again. I don't know how much the workers make at places like this but if they don't do the work of $15/hour, they should not be getting it or even asking for that much.

Gentleman working window we very polite and socialable,even gentleman who had to bring food to our car was very polite even when in and out to fix our order....best guys in all the year I've gone to McDonalds and I'm 61...defiantly 10 stars.

Mcds is ridiculous anymore and I always regret going and costs like 40 bucks now for 3 people to eat. May as well get a pizza or stay and cook at home. Ridiculous. And always mess the food order up.
Ordered 2 Filet of fish 1 large fry and a cheeseburger thru the drive thru, get to the window after waiting almost 10 minutes in line. Hand the young lady my card she runs my card hand hands it back with the bag. I’m hungry so I reach in the bag and am welcome to freezing cold fry’s. I pull to the front of the building look in the bag and there is about 20 fries in a large container ( no none in the bag lol ) I go in and ask for HOT FRIES AND MAYBE A LARGE 1 like I ordered! I’m told how many you eat already and how long ago did you order? I said 2 fries and I just was at the window! I get handed a small bag I leave only to find the SAME FRIES in there when I got home , to top it off I ate 1 fish sandwich went for the 2 nd 1 it had the buns with tarter sauce and NO FISH! Left a message only to be told TY FOR CHOOSING CARBONDALE MCDONALDS A MEMBER WILL RESPOND SHORTLY! That was 2 weeks ago! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE EMPLOYEES

Definitely don’t work here unless you wanna get treated like absolute crap and have a gm with a brain size of a hamster running the place who doesn’t care about anyone and can’t even talk properly to employees and customers that are around.

Not sure why they consistently are unable to deliver food at the window. I always get directed to move up and park in front of the building and wait another 5 minutes for ordering just a sandwich. This never happens to me at other McDonalds locations like the Honesdale one.
