I mean... It's a taco bell... Not really anything to rate here. If you're going to the bell you know what you're getting and, as long as it doesn't take forever and the store is clean, there isn't much more to rate
So I figured on my way home to grab something quick and easy to eat and I thought it was a better idea to go inside to get in and out quicker but the opposite happened. With a 9 month old baby I waited 10 mins inside to even be asked what I wanted to order and then it took me about 25 mins to get my food and to top that they still messed up my order completely which I don’t understand how that is possible when I only ordered a combo meal! SAVE YOUR MONEY or go across the street to McDonald’s

This store just continues to go downhill… Tried to make a mobile app order the app went down or had some sort of difficulty, they don’t allow you to do the build your own box so I got Conned into Those seven dollar lux box. The Chalupa shell was harder than A brick… The upgrades for season Rice is $.89 But if you want maybe four or five pieces of dehydrated, chopped onion it’s a dollar??♀️ every time I order from this place and I tried to give them a second chance they just prove to me why I will not continue to go there. Best Taco Bell in this area is seriously in Dickson city don’t waste your time. You’ll be waiting forever here tons of your food or the food not made correctly, take the 10 minute drive go to Dickson the food is p effect every time

Taco bell app not working.... it's telling me breakfast isn't available and it's 830 am currently
Went there the manager was late so they weren't open, then she told me wait 10 mins, I waited 10 mins with my daughter and they said we're currently not serving breakfast, who ever the manager is that called off needs to be fired, poor management coming from someone who's a manager. Absolutely ridiculous.

Business doesn’t follow their own hours. This isn’t the first time I came here and they were suppose to be open but they weren’t..
I was paying cash and still had to use the kiosk to order then go to the counter to pay. Why couldn't I just place my order at the counter? I was the only customer in the restaurant and it took about 10+ minutes for my food.
Are chips supposed to be chewy? Staff was nice, but chewy chips are just gross. I didn't say anything, but won't go back. Yuck.

This Taco Bell is pathetic. I work right next to it and go there often (due to limited choices). The first time I went I waited half an hour for my food, even though I ordered it on the app 10 minutes before I got there, and then they gave me the wrong food. Another time I went and all I ordered was one soft taco and one packet of hot sauce. There was no line. There was no one in the store. And they still didn’t give me my sauce (which has happened on multiple occasions) I understand I should look in the bag before I leave but I figured a dead slow Taco Bell where all I ordered was one soft taco, would be able to see the ONLY other thing I asked for. On my way home from work I ordered food for me and my boyfriend. Checked the bag this time and everything was there including the sauce. Get home and open our nacho cheese and the picture attached is what we found. Literally pathetic. Do better.

Generally, the tacos are well-filled and the price for a soft taco is slightly cheaper here than other locations. I have not had any issues with my order and the staff is friendly.

Prices are ridiculous compared to the one in Dickson City… $2 and change to substitute chicken for beef when DC only charges 70 cents… more then triple the price for all the add ons
