I only gave food two stars because at least one thing was right on our order. First off, our order was missing one steak grilled cheese burrito. We got something else instead, it had jalapeños which was not requested on this burrito, it was missing cheese, had Chipotle and sour cream, 4 pieces of steak and was missing the cheese on the top and the crunch strips. I went through the drive through and the lady argued with me. I tried giving her the burrito and said you can take it, I cant eat the jalopenos anyways. She got very annoyed. Tried saying its the same thing with the cheese missing on the top, I tried explaining we didnt order jalopenos on that burrito, and it was missing the crunch strips, normal cheese inside and out and there was barely any rice in it. I didnt bite it, but I unwrapped it because I have food allergies and always have to be careful. She eventually remade it. There was 2 or 3 tortillas on my one grilled cheese burrito. Again it had barely to any filling, it was mainly tortilla with non melted cheese on top. My fiance got two chicken grilled cheese burritos and added jalopeno, it was one, very skimpy and two missing the strips, had no shredded cheese. Was alot like mine without the jalopenos. I also ordered my moms and step sisters order. She didnt change gloves after adding jalopenos to my fiance because my mom couldn't eat hers due to tiny pieces and juice on hers. She has stomach issues as well and cant eat spice. I got my step sister one with beef and add tomatoes. The tomatoes were forgotten but she did get the most full burrito out of all of us. They also wanted a quasadilla, that was fine, nothing wrong with it expect very skimpy on the meat. Just agitating when I spend over 50$ on a quick meal, i only complained about one thing bc its what I ordered and couldn't eat it and it became a arguement. I worked in fast food and I never argued with customers, especially not one who tried to hand it back or show you exactly what was wrong. I love taco bell but this made me quite annoyed and infuriated.

I am extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell location. I am a vegetarian, and this is the second time they have served me non-vegetarian food despite my clear vegetarian order.
The first time this happened, I immediately informed the store, and they assured me it would never happen again. Unfortunately, it did happen again, showing a clear lack of care in handling customer orders and dietary restrictions.
This is not just an inconvenience; it is disrespectful to customers with dietary, ethical, and religious restrictions, and it is a serious food safety issue. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains the staff properly to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
Decent location. Generally have to go up and talk to them if you order extra of something but they are good about doing it. Mistakes happen.

Was in here for dinner and stood at the counter waiting for assistance...please tell me why you have registers when you can't use them??? Then I make a specific order at the kiosk and you forget some of my food ...a 90 dollar order and you can't even get that right let alone hardly put any meat in my tacos...if I wanted shells I would've just went to the store and bought them...this place is a joke....their customer service skills are garbage right along with the food and ur waiting area smells horrible....will never return that's for sure

Got food from this store at a time where they were understaffed. How do they respond to the pressure? By taking a bag and throwing all of the ingredients into a bag. Not into the taco shells where they belong. Meat, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, shells all tossed into a bag. No care. No pride. Pathetic group of individuals working at this location. And that’s saying something considering the bar is already pretty low.
