We were introduced to a tasting of The Cashew Lounge on a wine train event we attended in Carbondale this past Fall. We have been wanting to get to the actual restaurant since then and decided it was a nice sunny Sunday why not take a ride today as we live about 40 minutes away. So glad we did, it was so worth the trip. The food was top notch, the service was fabulous!
