Horrible experience trying to order food after a long days work. Traveling for work is not easy and when I come in to a place to sit down for a evening meal after working for 13 Hours without a break you would expect good service in a place like this. 3 attempts to order a meal fell on deaf ears when the bartender couldn't seem to get it together. Not only could she not take my order I was charged for drinks I didn't even ask for. It seemed like the bar staff was more interested in hamming it up with the locals then trying to serve a hungry patron. I put some money on the bar to pay for what I actually did order and I left I doubtful I'll be back to another Applebee's again, especially when the local joints are far and away better service and food.

Dietary restrictions: The menu is marked gluten sensitive but for someone with celiac it needs further explanation. It said the fries are gs but when asked if chicken is fried in same oil the answer was yes. That is not gluten sensitive or gluten free. The manager Did come to our table explained about using their menu online and getting allergy items. However we already placed our order.

From the front door being opened for every customer walking in to the amazing service at the table, this has been the best service I have seen and received at Applebees. My server, Heather was great and I witness all servers and teammates being professional and truly caring to the customers. Great service and great team at this location. I would highly recommend!

Both of Us ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp , it was fresh and hot.. season great.. waitresses was busy with alot of groups of people, but very friendly. Manager came around and made sure we was satisfied with our meals ..will be back .

Liv was AMAZING! Anybody who says different is wrong! Our first time at your restaurant because the bar and grill downtown already closed their kitchen. It had to have meant to be because Liv was the best server, friendly, positive energy, and all around amazing! We are from Massachusetts passing thru and she made our travels even better! You are very fortunate to have her on your staff!

They weren't busy when we stopped into eat lunch. My mom n I both picked the 4 cheese mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken. The waitress said we can get those for 2x $20.00 and we can choose a appetizer. We choose onion rings. We got ice water to drink. We thought that was an awesome deal. 2 meals and an appetizer for 20.00. We had to ask for napkins, and sauce for the onion rings. Our meals came out with a bread stick. Mine was hard. The mac n cheese and chicken tasted wonderful. I got the check to pay. My bill was $33.92. The waitress claim she never told us our meals were 2x$20. She was dishonest with us. Kinda snobby when I asked why it was over 30.00. We paid the $33.92 and left. I will not return to this location to dine in.
