Visited a friend in the Carlisle, PA area and decided to have lunch at this Applebee’s Restaurant. Amazing service from the entire staff, especially from our server McKenzy. Our food came out in great time and was perfectly delicious. McKenzy made sure we were comfortable and taken care of well.

His recommendations were spot-on (seriously, try what he suggests!), and his service was fast, polite, and incredibly respectful to our whole family. Colby’s professionalism and warm attitude turned a casual dinner into a celebration. He’s a true asset to the Applebee’s team—can’t wait to come back and hope we get him again!

Ever since the shift in ownership, this Applebees is by far, the worst I’ve been all over the country. Asked for my steak rare got it well done like a boot. I asked for fries and got pretzels. Horrible management fired all competent staff. Please fire your current managers.
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jewel at the Applebee’s on 260 Noble Blvd, Carlisle, PA, and she was truly outstanding! From the moment we sat down, Jewel made us feel welcomed and cared for. She’s incredibly personable, warm, and attentive—genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered.
Her smile lit up the room, her energy was infectious, and her attention to detail was impeccable. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and genuinely enjoys making people feel at home.
Jewel’s customer service was 150%—friendly, efficient, and full of heart. She’s a shining example of what great hospitality looks like. Applebee’s is truly lucky to have someone like her on their team.
Jewel is a true gem (pun absolutely intended!)—We will return when we’re in the area.

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Applebee’s! The steak was cooked to perfection; tender, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Our server, Jewel, was phenomenal! Super personable, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find service like that these days.
To top it off, the manager even came by to greet us and personally thanked us for coming in. That extra touch really made the night feel special.
Highly recommend this location. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I came in to have a nice dinner and I was let down by the experience. The booth we were seated at had French fries in the cushions to start. When they brought our appetizers they started walking away and I had to stop them and ask for silverware and napkins! I had ordered a '2 for' deal to have one to take home and they brought it out with our meals, so it sat beside me while I ate, tied shut in the bag. I wasn't even sure I got what I ordered until I got home. I was a little surprised at this, but understand; it should have been left open for me to check my order though. My food was barely warm and some of it was cold. The green beans were soggy/overcooked and tasted as if they'd been sitting a while and my steak was super thin and not anything I'd order again. It wasn't the decent restaurant quality I remember. The server was friendly and cleared some plates while we ate, but wasn't attentive enough to refill drinks until asked. When we needed something, our server was nowhere to be seen (if not already at our table). There were plenty of other servers walking about, but they ignored us. We were not dining at a busy time, so there was no excuse for what I experienced here. This is certainly not the quality Applebee's I enjoyed in the past.

Our chicken quesadilla and boneless wings were amazing even though it was around 10 when we sat down. Drinks from the bar reminded us of the beach!! 5 stars coming back soon. See you soon Taylor!!
