Arrived the day before my appointment. Parked on street, walked to receiving and checked in. Was told they would call when they were ready for delivery. Did not receive a call. Went back to receiving 1 hour before appointment to check on status, was told they were ready. Backed into bay, pumped out the load. When it is complete, go tell them, they will shut their valve and get paperwork completed. Staff was professional but not proactive in any way, if you have questions, don't delay, go to receiving.
