“Crumbl Cookies in York, PA is a cute and welcoming spot with a great smell as soon as you walk in. When I visited around 6:30 PM, it wasn’t very crowded, which made the experience feel relaxed.

However, the customer service could have been better. As a first-time customer, I felt there was very little guidance or explanation about the ordering process and the different cookie options.

The cookies themselves were good, although they were a little too sweet for my personal taste. Overall, I’d rate the experience 6/10. The location is cute, the atmosphere is nice, and it’s worth trying at least once.“

I have had my eye on this spot for AGES, & my fiancé decided to bring home a few goodies so I could celebrate my birthday with a sweet treat. Blueberry lemon donut, boston cream donut, & a s’mores brownie….all amazing!! It’s nice to have delicious sweet treats without having to compromise on what makes me feel good! “Best place hands down for cupcakes, cakes and little pastries. ! Theyre very talented not only with taste but also with their artistic designs. I gave them a picture off of Pinterest for my son’s first birthday cake and they did better than the picture provided! I received so many compliments. I’d also highly recommend getting the lemon blueberry cheesecake cake! Everyone loved it! The chocolate with chocolate ganache was also amazing but make sure you have some milk near by 🥰“

I love there are no GMO or artificial ingredients, even better is they are made in the USA! Ginger Snap cookies are my favorite cookies. These are so tasty and you get that little bit of warmth on your tongue. ♥️ I haven't seen the Pumpkin Spice or Apple cookies are they still available? “Fast loading! Had 11am appt, arrived at 09:30am. Took me early , no other trucks. Done less than 1hr. Lots of room. Easy backing. Shipping Enter at North side of bldg then drive clock wise to East side. Dont go down West side , its blocked. Checkin door more than half way down by dock13, past 1st open gate.“

“I use the curbside pickup often. They are fast and efficient. I like the lunchmeat from the deli, it is a good price but they are slow. I try to go when there is no line at deli otherwise you will be waiting forever. Store always clean but prices have gone up. We have a Sams Card and Costco card but shop at BJs a lot due to location ( close to house).“

“I have read some of the reviews and I am quite confused. I moved to York County and cried because I could not find a decent pretzel anywhere. All the pretzels were too sweet, cold, over priced, and just not what I was use to. I was so thrilled to have someone open a Philly Pretzel factory locally. Yes, I have gone in when they hired a new person and guess what I did not complain. That person is learning to make an honest living so no I do not expect them to know everything. I have ordered off the menu. I love the creativity of the pretzels made for the Super Bowl.Dipping options are great! Quite often a pretzel and a drink is my lunch and it’s soooooo satisfying.
