BJ's Bakery offers a wide variety of products, setting itself apart from other stores. However, some issues with customer service have been noted, with certain employees lacking friendliness. The store sometimes lacks price tags on items, making it difficult for customers to know the cost of products. Despite this, the staff is described as nice, and the store is praised for its good prices, great drinks, and selection of electronics. The store discontinued Pokémon cards due to Covid, which some customers miss. Overall, BJ's Bakery is a good place to visit for affordable prices and a diverse range of products.
