Usually I don't have a problem with this store but this morning the service was horrible. I gave the cashier my order at least 3 times and they got it wrong. When I first got my order, I went to get some salt and there was none available. I went back and told the associate that I wanted some salt. She grabbed a handful of packets and dumped them in my bag. I counted 27 packets when I got to my seat. Then I opened my sandwich, noticed it was wrong and took it back. some polite staff good food bad management on letting crew cuss.
tried to write a review from Google got token down. people need retrained not to stand around and only let certain staff work. they can't do it all. weekend and night shift crew sucks and can do better very disappointing to watch one crew member do alot while other stand around and loud music played to where front counter can't hear orders.
If I can’t add things to my order at the window I should probably not be interrupted and told to pull around when in the middle of ordering.. also if this is the serving you get with a large you should probably adjust the prices. We absolutely hate coming to this Burger King there’s always a problem but it’s the closest to home.
