Adam from this location was extremely rude to us when we tried to apply a gift card to the account. We applied a gift card to an order but were charged the full amount. We spoke to Adam and showed him the evidence that the card was charged (an email receipt) which he said was “hearsay”, and he then charged us again. He was extremely condescending the whole time and then at the end said “I apologize if I was being rude” and rolled his eyes at us. He said we did not know what we were talking about despite having evidence that the card was wrongly charged. When we asked for further assistance (if there was anything else we could do or talk to corporate) he said there was nothing we could do and refused to help us further. Extremely poor service by him and very disappointed as we have never had a problem at this Chili’s before.

Learn how to handle a Friday night crowd. We sat at the bar in hopes we would be in & out for our movie across the street, and we were completely ignored for over 10 minutes. We ended up going to Applebee's & getting the service we at the very least deserved. Sad to be writing this review over the 5 star review I gave this Chili's 3 years ago.

Hubby & I had the big smashburger meal which was delicious...BUT our bill was $34.32 with the tip....and we had water as our drinks...we certainly didn't get the 3 For Me deal for $10.99 that we've seen advertised on TV.....looks like we had water for $6.00....what a rip-off...the waitress didn't tell us about the special when she asked if she could start us off with drinks...ugh... I doubt we will be back

Told waitress we wanted to keep a menu for daughter who was on the way she said ok then went to take it and I reached for it so we could keep it her fake nails hit my hand and she accused me of slapping her. I would NEVER do that. Then 3 of us ordered the bacon ranch burger and there was no ranch and barely any bacon. It was supposed to have 6 slices. They made 2 right but never did the 3rd. My daughter ordered a Grilled chicken salad but got hard dry breaded chicken. It was the worst. The manager came to the table 3 times and never even apologized or anything just said here's your burgers and slammed it in front of me. Then it wouldn't let me claim my free drink. The waitress tried to say because I didn't order the chips and salsa. I made it clear it said that OR a drink. They took it off. I've never been treated like that there. I guess they have enough business that they don't need mine. Smh.
My wife and I visit the establishment at least once a week. They have very affordable food choices with a great staff ready to serve you. We get lucky enough to have Renee as our waitress almost every time. If you’re looking for a very inviting atmosphere with great food and customer service. Stop in!

Dined in on a Friday night place was very busy so I sat at the bar. Ordered a couple drink and got the sizzling chicken fajitas. I opted for the corn tortilla due to watching calories and when my food Arvid it was hot but the tortillas just fell apart when I went to eat them. Even if you picked them up they would break up, I asked the bar tender about them and she said “ that’s just how they are” they seamed stale and old. While just trying to enjoy at this point my stir fry I noticed multiple fruit flys trying to crawl on my food. The people sitting next to me were not happy with their meals or service either and expressed their displeasure. I have been a customer for quite a while but not sure I will be returning.
Dietary restrictions: They know there corn tortillas are worthless and seam to refuse to address the issue but offer you another item
Don't need my burger loaded with salt, but come on, peeps... season the meat!

This place is the best!! Best waitstaff....great food and I want to mention the floor manager who just simply runs the floor helping his staff whether it be refilling drinks or answering questions.
