3 stars because I love Chipotle, but this was the dirtiest, least organized Chipotle I've ever been in.

This Chipotle is so bad that even though it's 2 minutes away, I usually drive 20 minutes to the Mechanicsburg Chipotle. Unfortunately today I came here. They were nearly out of rice, chicken, and guacamole. Instead of getting more, I was given half servings, if even that. The bowl ended up being so skimpy despite getting rice, beans, meat, 2 salsas, corn, sour cream, cheese, and guac. I usually have enough left over to take home but this bowl started with less than I usually have left. However, managed to get a disgusting amount of sour cream. They are ALWAYS out of fajita veggies. The place is also incredibly unclean. The trash cans were overflowing and there was soda in the fork container.

agreeing with everyone else, if this could get 0 stars i would give it. i literally NEVER leave reviews but i wish i read some before ordering here! this was the dirtiest chipotle ive been to. all trash cans overflowing, food everywhere, one of the workers was cleaning and handling food with the same pair of gloves. i’m like very close to calling the health inspector lol. i was ignored for a while even though both workers made eye contact with me (not a huge deal as it was only like a 5 min wait, but still super awkward). the worst part was the food. my guac was completely brown in a veggie bowl, and had the weirdest taste and smell. almost chemically. i could only eat 3 bites of my food before throwing it away. pretty disappointing after a long day of work and not wanting to cook. to the owner, please fix this location and read your reviews.

It's chipotle
This place didn't have a significant portion of what it advertises as having. They didn't have more than half of what they normally have and still charged full price, specifically chicken, peppers and onions, tomatoes, and white rice. I got a veggie bowl and even with half the veggies, I was charged full price.
Waited over 15 minutes alongside multiple other people. Very disorganized, ran out of things, poor communication about what is going on with order.

I’m a DoorDash delivery driver, and was told I was eleven minutes too early to pick up an order that was just a burrito bowl. Sat there for twenty minutes to find out they marked the order complete 8 minutes before that. No communication was made, and had to unassign myself from that delivery order. This has to be the worst atmosphere and service ever in a restaurant. I’ve majored in hospitality management with my bachelors degree, and have worked in places that have far exceeded expectations, compared to this hole in the wall of a store. What a joke.

Brown guacamole, and the steak is 80% fat. It was terrible.
Food made me ill. Also for some reason and dead octopus was taped to the front with tape. It just made me ill and nothing in my burrito was correct…peppers in it inside of lettuce, queso was cold and didn’t seem like it ever was, tomato’s on it when I am allergic and asked for none. It was a bad experience that has left me ill and will not be going back.

The food was great and the girl making our bowls was friendly, polite, and gave us good portion sizes. However, most of the other employees were simply standing around and not doing too much else. I understand it wasn't very busy when we came in, but some tables and areas in the store were in visible need of cleaning. When it was time to check out, the girl at the register didn't say a word when i was having trouble with the card reader. Then after I finished paying, she didn't ask if I wanted my receipt and ripped it in half and threw it away. They were also completely out of forks and had spoons and knives in the fork holders.
Vegetarian options: I always get a meat for protein but I'm sure you could choose just beans, vegetables, and rice.

I stood waiting about 5 minutes even though I was the only one in line and in clear view of 3 workers who ignored me. One finally came over, never said anything, just looked at me waiting. The rice was so dried out I couldn’t chew it, and the worker had to break the surface of the queso because it was completely dried over. She didn’t even offer to get fresh, she just mixed it in quick and didn’t even give me a full container. I ended up paying $38 for disgusting, old food that was inedible. Absolutely ridiculous.
