I had a terrible experience AGAIN with the same boy that waited on us. Many times I ordered my ice cream and don't get how I ordered it. Been just letting it go and finally got tired of it not being made correctly. The last time I ordered the PB cup pie blizzard with twist ice cream and he used vanilla. Same thing happened today with the same boy. I asked for PB cup pie blizzard with twist ice cream. He told me they were not allow to use twist anymore cause they had a complaint. I told him that it was probably me because they never make they way I order it. So I said ok fine just use chocolate. AGAIN he made it with vanilla. Again I told him I asked for chocolate he got mad slammed it down on the counter and looked at the other boy working with him and he said yes she asked for chocolate. So he made a new one with chocolate slammed it on the counter threw the other one out. Never offered Cool whip, which shouldn't be an option cause it, is to come with it. Then walked away so we had to ask the other boy to please get us our drinks. He also works with an EAR BUD in his ear? we have other friends that don't go to Carlisle DQ because of the same poor service. Something needs to change here. We visit often but getting very bad there. KIDS DONT CARE!!!

I had 2 customers ahead of me in line and 20 minutes later I still could not get waited on so I left and walked next door to Brewsters where I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. The employee’s apathy at this DQ is written all over their faces.

We love Dairy Queen! Best food and deserts around. My favorite is the ice cream cakes amazing. Customer service is phenomenal and great atmosphere for you and the family ❤️Kid-friendliness: DQ is always kid friendliness as soon as you walk in the door they make your little ones feel so welcomed!

I love stopping here. Everyone is so nice and friendly even when I don’t know what I want and stand at the counter lol (big shout out to being so patient) I do love the ice cream cake cupcakes! My weakness is the cakes so this is an easy to grab and eat in the way home treat

I get the peanut buster parfait and they on purpose make it horrible each time. A simple ice cream like that shouldn’t be hard to make. They either do all ice cream with no fudge and peanuts or just peanuts and fudge no ice cream. It’s pathetic. just bad customer service. Not coming here

My husband and I came in close to closing time and were met with exceptional service from the young men on that night. They were patient and made our treats with care. I believe it was a Monday evening. It was just nice to have such good service and yummy treats too!
