Dried sausage stick. Made from very lean beef, natural spices and hickory smoked to perfection. Normal or spicy flavor. A traditional Landjäger.

Micky Finn
A Desperate Times specialty, aka the cat's pajamas. Our notorious schnitzel Sandwich made with breaded pork cutlet, sautéed. Served on a hoagie roll topped with garlic lemon aioli and romaine lettuce. Served with chips and a pickle.
The Get-Up
Roasted chicken sandwich made with house made hummus and fresh baby organic spinach on Naan bread. Served with chips and a pickle.
Cheese It
Grilled cheese sandwich made with organic multi-grain bread, Havarti and cheddar cheese. Served with chips and a pickle.
Porky Cheese It
A Desperate Times specialty, aka the cat's pajamas. Same as the Cheese It, but with pulled pork. Served with chips and a pickle.
Blind Pig
House made rub and brine, marinated and smoked pork butt, with our homemade coleslaw and served on a crostini bun. Served with chips and a pickle. Choice of original or spicy BBQ sauce.
The Capone
A Desperate Times specialty, aka the cat's pajamas. Cuban sandwich, marinated pork loin with a house made Cuban Mojo marinade slowly roasted. On authentic Cuban bread from La Segunda Bakery (Ybor City, FL) with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and yellow mustard. Served with chips and a pickle.
The Lincoln
Corned beef, Swiss, German sauerkraut and homemade Thousand Island dressing on rye. Served with chips and a pickle.
The Willard

Tin Pan Alley

Very dog friendly— brought out a water bowl and pup cup for our dog.
Food was great and reasonably priced.
My husband got a flight of beer and said this is his second favorite brewery he’s ever been to out of all the breweries he’s tried across the country!

While in Carlisle for work, I came upon this local dive bar. This place has ample parking upfront, wheelchair accessible entrance via a ramp. Be warned, though, the lot is gravel. Once inside, be ready to indulge in some award winning beers! There are, on any given night, 12 to 15 original brews on tap. Feel free to ask for a sample, a flight to sample a few at a time, or a full size glass. All their beers have a great taste, great flavor, color, etc. Their German Weis is my favorite...
