All Indians who is working here they don't care what you ordered, they'll give you just what they want, I ordered Midnight coffee with 5 cream no sugar, they make with cream and 5 Sugar, it's was too sweet I asked to make new one with just 5 cream no sugar, then they said Midnight dark roast coffee sold-out and we will give you just regular, which was very light coffee tastes was like they just added half cup hot water in to the half cup of regular coffee,hey common it's not gonna work like that, if you do mistakes just say sorry and remake it same what I ordered coz it's your mistake not mine

** FOOD POISONING ** WHATEVER YALL DO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . I eat at Dunkin’s donuts a lot . I order the same food all the time , but today I visit this location for the first and last time ever . My bacon and cheese egg bites made me sick after eating them . I will be notifying the health department on this matter. They cut corners at this local .Collecting money with the same gloves they preparing your food with . Just awful service and staff. I’m so disappointed.

I ordered through mobile app and as soon as i got to the drive thru to have my drink it was closed, though it closes at 5 in general and i ordered my drink at 1:30 ish, next day i went in and told them this and the guy straight up said “no we were open yesterday we dont know what u talk about” POOR SERVICE. I was disappointed

Bought 2 small coffees & 2 breakfast sandwiches 1 glazed donut $19 & change, sandwiches on the croissants were smushed down food was much smaller then the croissant not great tasting at all, never again .. loved the coffee though Just Not worth that amount of money !

I ordered a small drink with no ice and a jelly. I was charged $1 for not getting ice. At the window, I asked the manager why he charged extra for NO ICE. He replied, "if no ice you get more beverage." When I got to my car I realized they gave me the wrong flavor donut. I went inside to speak to the manager. He gave me the correct donut and put the incorrect one back on the shelf. We need to boycott these cheap greedy jerks!
