We have been going to this location since they opened up. It has gone downhill over the years with the employees. Never go through the drive thru it will take forever. Went the other night and it took 15 minutes to get 3 arctic swirls and a mix cup. The girl screwed up the order and gave me attitude when I said it should of been cookie dough not whatever she made. I’ve been visiting this location for the past 4 years. All of the workers are wonderful but I like to point out how pleasant Jenna is. I’m always greeted with a smile, no matter how big the order is she’s patient, she always asks if I’d like to us my points and verifies if my order is correct. I definitely leave having a great customer experience.
