If I could give Grand Illusion six stars, I would! Our recent visit to this restaurant was nothing short of perfect.
Yesterday, my fiancé, my three children, and I enjoyed a delightful meal trying some new items on the menu. The highlight was definitely the nachos - the best I've ever had, paired with an incredible salsa that left us wanting more.
The pizzas we ordered were all fantastic, but the cauliflower crust, chicken bacon ranch pizza was a true standout. It may just be the best pizza I've ever tasted!
My 8 year old really liked the chicken tenders too.
Aside from the amazing food, Grand Illusion also houses an escape room that we've experienced in the past. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant not only for the delicious food but also for the thrilling escape room experience. Whether you come for the escape room, the food, or both, Grand Illusion is sure to impress.
The service was impeccable, the ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Grand Illusion consistently delivers exceptional food and service, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

What an absolute great find in downtown Carlisle!! This place has it all. Great service, food and amazing cider. Our server Nancy was very helpful and answered all our questions without hesitation. Will definitely be back when we return to Carlisle.
Going downhill. IDK what happened in the past few months. Service overall experience sucks. I'm assuming management and staff changes. It seems like a disorganized mismanaged mess... Responding now to the owner. The manager is very unpleasant. I was sitting at the bar and all she did was sit at the end of the bar and trash talk other employees and customers. She is rude. Creating an unpleasant environment for customers and I feel bad for the employees.
We stopped in on a Wednesday evening just for a quick drink. We sat at the bar and had two ciders. They were good. The bartender was friendly. We didn’t get any food but there were several specials being offered that night. Certain ciders were $3 pints.
Parking: Street parking. Check Carlisle Borough for dates/times and rates for parking meters. I believe it’s free weekdays after 5 or 6p

Cool little cidery and winery taproom in a cute walkable area. The food and cider were awesome and excellent value. The staff was incredible, attentive and helpful even as a big private party was going on in the room next to us. So awesome!

Saturday evening we had the brisket flatbread, which was absolutely delicious and two peach ciders, which were also excellent! We went back on Sunday for brunch and the food was very good as well. They also had Brad Bell playing the keyboard and he was very good!

The Pineapple Cider was good. The Margherita flatbread was very delicious, definitely recommend trying it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was nice and chill.

This place is great! My son loved all the funky mirrors and magic things. The carlisle red wine was to die for. Not too sweet and just right! Our server was a gem. Nice atmosphere but wish we could hear the band upstairs bit it was nice! The food was GREAT though!

Stopped in here for a quick drink and bite to eat. The soup was delicious ?! The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was great. I was drawn in by the purple, but stayed for the honeymead! Thanks for allowing me to sketch the logo while I was there. I couldn't resist the "space your face" motif, on top of "Grand Illusion" being a favorite album of mine. Thanks for your hospitality!

Delicious locally-made ciders on tap! I'm a fan of Grand Illusion's Maple Pecan-juring, a wonderful fall flavor, great pick-me-up for the cold months; and KingView Mead's Viking Grog, a crisp berry flavor with a rich honey background.
