If you have food allergies, DON'T go to this restaurant! When I asked my server to make sure that what I ordered didn't contain my allergen, the cook came out and TOLD ME TO LEAVE. She said that they cook with that vegetable a lot and they couldn't guarantee that the cutting boards or knives weren't cross contaminated. The Serve Safe laws in this state specifically require all items to be thoroughly washed before be used for a different ingredient. Obviously the cook wasn't sure that they follow this law or she wouldn't have refused to serve me. I have lived with this food allergy for over 50 years and have traveled the world, never once having any establishment treat me this way. I'll never go back and feel others need to know the way this place operates.

I've only been there once, but my food was pretty good. I should have listened to my sister because hers was great. Small place, so the exceptionally loud ladies sitting next to us made it hard to have a conversation at our table. I'd eat there again.

I crave this fresh, delicious food! The service is not only friendly, but competent and accommodating. I learned that they partner with local entities to source a lot/some of their food. Overall, they are lovely and yummy!! I hope they create a second spot dedicated to mediterranean dinner - I'd go! (Probably too much!)

Very nice place, I don't think there is an other small coffee place like this in Carlisle. I only had a soup and coffee. Next time I want to taste the Mediterranean baguette

Food is amazing, but after having a conversation with the owner I'll never go back.
My husband tried the Frenchie and we were saddened to see it was removed from the menu, he sent an email about it, because my husband was trying to express how much he enjoyed it.
After a week the still had not responded.
I myself really wanting to try this Frenchie my husband raved about, I called and spoke with the owner, and discovered that she was "taken aback" ( her words) by the email and didn't know how to respond because she said that we only been to her restaurant twice, so she decided not to respond, because she didn't know how to respond.
Silence is deafening. Which is why I called. I was hoping that myself and others may have requested the items return!
Anyway, the impression I was left with on the phone was that because we weren't regulars, we won't be missed, and I tried explaining as kindly as I could that she might benefit from some customer service training.
It was not meant to be an insult, but rather constructive feedback given she had difficulty speaking with disheartened customers both via email and the phone.
After which, she got defensive and ended the call.
