Excellent service with excellent historic Hot-Chee Dogs - hot dog, cheese, onions, and chili. The fries were delicious, hot and fresh while the Cole slaw was tasty and cool. Highly recommend this Carlisle classic.
I've dined at the Hamilton Restaurant 4 times during a trip to Carlisle. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The waitresses are so friendly. They only accept cash for payment.
